ICICI Bank Ltd — MIS CONDUCT BY ICICI BANK RECOVERYTEAM

sir,
I was owning a TATA Indica V2 Car, which was financed by Standard Chartered bank, Jaipur Branch.
In Sep 2007 I was comming from a ture and at the time of entering in Jaipur City at By-Pass I was stopped by 4-5 people said to be from Recovery Team of ICICI Bank Jaipur. They said that your car loan repayment is due since 3-4 months hence we are recovering this car. I told them that My car is financed not from ICICI Bank, they said The car loan div. from Standard Chartered bank has been taken over by ICICI Bank, even they have shown me copy of my a/c statment from Standard Chartered Bank even which was not available to me, Thinking this I belived that they may be correct, because it was true that i was over due to pay since 3-4 months. I requested them let me reach home i will arrange to pay atleast some amount, but they were not ready to liston any thing and I was force fully asked to leave the car with them without having any document with me. Later stage I was provided one copy of Inventry letter, that car has been deposited in ICICI BANK RECOVERY YARD. Next day I visited ICICI BANK RECOVERY YARD and it was confirmed that my car has been deposited there.
I informed standard chartered bank, they said they have not authorised any one to lift the car, even No of time I mailed to customer care Standard Chartered Bank to confirm the position of my car but always they have replied a confusing answer.
Now till today, almost one year, I am not aware that where is my car.I have gone to collection dept ICICI Bank Jaipur, but i was told that they donot have such car, even they were not ready to accept that this letter belongs to ICICI Bank.
Now I just kept quiet as neither ICICI Bank says some thing nor Standard Chartered Bank asking for out standing loan amount.So what I should I do ? can any one guide me what should be my next step.
