References : My Application dated 4/8/2011 , dated 9/8/2011 and dated 23/8/2011 to Manager ICICI Bank ltd, Srctor-16, Gandhinagar.
Sir,
It is to inform with respect to above Subject and references that I tried to withdraw Rs.5000/- on dated 4/8/2011 from above mentioned ATM. But I have received only Rs. 4800/- (i.e. Rs.500x9 no. and Rs.100x3 no.) It is for your kind notice that the edge of the last received note of Rs.100 was folded and after that machine was stopped. Hence I have received Rs.200/- less.
I have informed to branch manager on the same day in written and Service Request no.[protected] is received .
It is requested to say that still there is no response in this matter. Kindly expedite this matter by reverse transaction.
