This has reference to the above subject matter. Its two years and my PF has not been settled for various reasons which they keep changing whenever enquired about the delay.

As requested by your office I was asked to find out from your Chennai iprocess office whether the full and final settlement has been done.

On contacting your office colleagues in Chennai you do not get any response at all. One Mr. Mohan and Ms.Jaya are the two souls I contact who takes down your mobile no. promising they would get back and never do so. Worst when they know you are calling they refuse to come on line.

Its like you are talking to some jokers in a circus.


I dont think there is any sort of final settlement that I have to make from my end .Besides I also checked with icici the organisation I worked for they to have said nothing is pending from my end. But still I fail to understand the delay.

The PF Form as per iprocess format was filled and sent by me to icici - coimbatore which was received on the 22nd of Sept'08.Two days later it was sent to your Chennai office and no one knows the status.

Please help me with the PF settlement at the earliest.

As suggested by the PF Office Mumbai I am forwarding this mail to you. Kindly forward this mail to the concerned and do the needful

This is ridiculous. Do you realize all this at the 11th hour. How many months we have been coressponding and now you come up with this excuse.

Each time you get back with some or the other lame excuse .

The mismatch you are telling me now how many days does it show in your records.

My higher ups have given me a relieving letter and I have also taken up a job elsewhere they did not have any problem and you

claim to have problem now when we are asking for the money which is rightfully ours.

Sad plight though I wish you were a professional team one would not have had so many problems.

Now once this gets rectified you will look out for another reason to stall the pf.

Is there an end to this ordeal or are we going to continue this indefinitely?

Plz give me the notice period you are looking for and by discrepancy in the dox do you mean only the notice period mismatch?

This has ref to my pf settlement which is long pending simply because my full and final settlement paper never reaches the concerned person.I have spoken to couple of people - Ajai , Subrath.

I happened to be associated with iprocess through ICICI Bank as I was working there. I quit my job in June '08 forwarded my exit interview , f & f ,noc etc to my good office in Coimbatore in Sept '08 which was received there on 22nd which was then forwarded to iprocess office the receipt of which was confirmed by Mr.Mohan of iprocess and till date nothing happened.

As a solution to my problem your good office again sugested that I resubmit the F& F form for the second time. Again I religiously sent the same on on the 24th of March to Coimbatore ICICI Bank who in turn couriered it on the 31st of March the receipt of which was confirmed by iprocess Ms. Jaya. Who further informed that she has forwarded the F& F to Ms. Shaheena on the 20th of April'09 which the iprocess office Delhi has yet to confirm the receipt.

It is painful to see such irresponsible behaviour from organisations like yours. Besides PF is the amount rightfully owed to the employee and one fails to understand why your office finds it difficult to release. I am told everything depends on the F& F which your office claims have not received.

I have already taken up this matter with -The Regional Provident Fund Commisioner- Mumbai who has asked me to again approach you in writing and forwarding copies of all the correspondence made to iprocess to them.

It is with regret I say that even after writing to you I am not able to get a solution I will be forced to go legal as a last resort.

Trust you will do the needful and not let me down.
