The initial outstanding in the month of February'2010 was Rs. 28511.34,
Last date of payment was 25/02/2010. payment was made by 15th. of Feb'10 & the amount was Rs.25000. Balance outstanding was Rs.3511.34.therefore late payment fees may be charged on the balance amount,but inthis case the bank is charging the interest on initial outstanding amount of Rs.28511.34. this is my objection...

Someone has stolen my debit card and unfortunately my 4 digit pin also ,The culprit has withdrawn Rs 91,000 (Ninty one thousand).. from my account within 4-5 days for which i have already logged a complain in ICICI customer care team .

In the 3rd week of dec'09 , I had received a settlement letter from ICICI BANK collection people asking me to pay a sum of Rs.30,000/- in two installments which was duly accepted by me and I had issued two cheques amounts to Rs.15,000/- each in the month of Dec'09 & Jan'10. i am receiving lots of sms daily from AD ICICI Bank and TM ICICI Bank, while i dont have ICICI Bank account. This is happening from last 2 years.

I had taken ICICI prulife ( Super Time ) policy ( no.[protected] which is nearly three years old. I have not received single receipt for the premium paid so far. I checked the price of ICICI pure gold coin available through ICICI bank, the rate as per 2nd Mar is Rs 97000 for 50 gms. The same denomination is available at corporation bank for Rs 88000. ICICI is cheating customers by selling them gold coin at such a high rate at the pretext that it is 99.99% pure.

The rate of gold as per the market is Rs 1590 per gm, ICICI is selling the same at Rs 2200....

ICICI has stopped attending my customer care mails. I have sent 3, 4 mails and waiting for the reply for 3 weeks. no one is replying at all..

I am sure usually icici replies back in 4, 5 days of time. 3 weeks of non responding...
