Dear sir,
I Mr.Mohammedhusen Ushamanbhai ghanchee bearing the Two Wheeler loan A/c.No.LTDHK[protected].At your Ahmedabad.Gujarat Branch.
With Regret i inform you that I Have already paid all the Due Amount as on 18.01.2010.at yr ICICI Opp.Sales india,Ashram Road,Ahmedabad.during my personel visit & the instruction given by yr Loan Dept at the same time.Also at that time the N.O.C Letter for RTO Clearance was not issued to me & as per assurance by yr loan officer the N.O.C.Must be reach to my Resi Add within 7 Days of Final Payment(18.01.10).
Than after 15 Days, when i personaly visit to yr said branch again the officer promissed me that you will definatly recd yr N.O.C for two wheeler within 7.Days & submitt requisation on internet to yr Bombay Office in my precence.
But still today i have not recd the Said Accounts N.O.C.Letter from your Side this is very much shameful for yr org.
Further once again i request you to send me my N.O.c.as per my residential address. I am facing to much trouble withot the necessory procedure of R.T.O.pl treat urgent & intimate me by said email id.

    Dear Sir,
    I am bond holder no 6234316 of ICICI Tax Saving Bond(Option II). My Distinctive No. : 364355 – 364360, Certificate No. 82338. I have received the redemption amount of the above mentioned fund vide cheque no. 213591 of ICICI Bank Limited. But my Bank A/c No. mentioned therein is non-existent now. As instructed by the local office,I have returned the cheque to 3i Infotech Limited,Tower # 5, 3rd Floor, Infotech Park,Vashi Railway Station Complex, Vashi,Navi Mumbai-400 703, Maharashtra, India with a request to send me the either another cheque with the latest account detail provided by me or directly credit the amount into my S.B A/c of Bank Of India (detail provided in my letter).I also have send a cancelled cheque of the latest A/c with the letter. Now how do I know the status of my request as I have neither received any cheque nor any amount get deposited into my A/c by corebanking facility. Please give me the status of my request.

    ICICI TAX SAVING BOND(OPTION III) — wrong account number

    Respected sir,

    You sent me a cheque of rs.34, 352/- on August 19, 2008 in my postal address.my account no.is 5307.my account is in Bankura(W.B) Central Cooperative Bank.but in cheque you sent the wrong account number.i.e, 5370.for this reason i was not able to collect my money.So i sent that cheque back to you in your mumbai branch address.i attached an application with it.both the subjectives were addresed to Mr.CHANDRA KOCHHAR/Mr.V.VAIDYANATHAN.
    But sir, i haven't received any response from you regarding the rectification of my account no., neither did i get my cheque back.I will be highly obliged if you send the cheque back to me in my postal address with the correct account number in it, so that i can draw the money from the previously mentioned local bank.

    After getting your reply, i have sent 3 mails one by one with a hope to get some hopefull reply from [protected]@icicibank.com. But I'm neither getting any reply nor the rectified cheque or the amount to my S.B A/c. At least i should be informed the status.       I am using icici bank credit card no [protected] since nov 2007 and on 11th march 2008 I swiped my card for Rs 20000 and called customer care on 13th march 2008 to convert the transaction into the emi and on customer care I was told that I would be charged 10% reducing rate of interest but when the charge was levied in the month of may 2008 then I found that they have charged me 18 % of reducing rate I shared around 100 e-mails with them and all the mails are with me in the record but nothing happened from there side then in the month of Oct 2008 I presented this case in Banking ombudsman and on 22nd Jan 2009 a meeting was organized by Banking Ombudsman between me and icici bank officials though I was absent in that meeting but the case was in my favour and they ordered icici bank to adjust all the extra interest which they charge from me into my loan balance account on 22nd jan 2009 but till yet they haven’t did anything and as a loyal customer I was paying them all the emis regular and after 1 year of winning the case also I paid all their dues well in advance and I paid the total amount due till Dec 2009 but from Jan 2010 I had stopped there payments because they were not reversing my charges and now daily I am receiving the calls from there side and they are harassing me to make the payments and they call me up and tell that should we sent the person for taking the payment but they don’t see that why I am defaulter I am defaulter because of them because they are not making the payment they are harassing thatswhy when there was no way to take my money back I stopped their payment. I hope so you will look into the case and help me in this regard. There are some webites below in which many of the customers and Icici bank employees have given there nos that even they are not getting there dues after being a employee of the company. Instead of Khayal apka the new slogan for icici bank should be gali gali me shor hai Icici Bank Chor Hai.

        i need to place a severe complaint regarding the nodal officers ms. arunjyoti and aunanda rao of icici. they have been very incompetent in resolving my issue. after placing 2 complaints on consumer forum they have taken 2 years to address my issue. they claim they have given me a service gesture by reimbursing all the financial charges. but they are not undersatnding that it is not a service gesture . they have wrongly charged me charges which they have partially reimbursed. they cannot prove by any means that the outstanding payment which they so claim is for the unpaid purchases. they are accusing me by saying that i have agreed for emi's which is completely incorrect i have never accepted it. infact i had to remind ms. arunjyoti several times to inform me the balance outstanding as a direct amount, but she kept giving me outstanding balance in the form of emi's. it has been a complete stress and mental harassment in dealing with the so called highest level of customer care department.

        i have been tortured daily in every email of theirs. they took nearly 2 years to reverse just a partial amount.

        i really request some sensible person to handle this issue. i do not want to deal with these people any more. just want to finalise once and for all.

        they have again sent me a bill of incorrect outstanding of Rs. 11000/- and threatning to add financial charges. i dont want to deal with them any more.

        please help me in resolving this issue at the earliest.

        please dont let these two uneducated people call me again. they are simply useless and should be actually sacked off their jobs or rather should be demoted as freshers to the lowest level in customer care and should be given training in problem solving and customer service ettiquetes.
        I request some one more competent than these two females with much understanding to call me to resolve this issue.

        Sorry to say but your team members are completely in efficient. I had strictly mentioned that Ms Arunjyoti should no more contact me. Yet she calls me which means that ICIC fails to understand the complaints made by the customer thus resulting in the delay for the solution which furtherer results in the inconvinience caused to your customers which results in excess financial charges and so on and if you think my reversing this amount it is a service gesture then I WILL NOT ACCEPT THIS BULL .

        ALL THIS CHARGES LEVIED TO ME ARE UNACCEPTABLE WHICH I HAD MENTIONED EARLIER THEY ARE NOT PURCHASES MADE AND I REFUSE TO PAY ANY CHARGES OTHER THAN THE PURCHASES THEREFORE I REQUEST SOME SENSIBLE AND EFFICIENT PERSON TO CALL ME AND RESOLVE MY PROBLEM

          My ICICI Bank credit card [protected] has been abruptly blocked by ICICI Bank since more than 1 month because of non usage. This is a Gold Credit Card of mine and the credit limit was more than 2 lakhs on it. I had contacted ICICI Bank helpline and they directed me to fax them my IT returns on a Mumbai number to get my card reactivated and my original credit limit restored. I tried many times to fax the same but the fax could not be connected even from different nos. Unfortunately my credit card still lies deactivated and credit limit zeroed. Need help for reactivation of my credit card and restoration of my original credit limit. ICICI Bank helpline people may be having details of the calls I had made to them in this regards.

            I really fed up with icici bank.when i plan to open my demat account they told it will get activate with in 9business days.I clearly hand over all the documents to Mr Ramesh at electronic city branch...and i had a talk with relational manager Mr Prakash ever he suggested it will get activate soon(wit in 9days).But these people really wasting customers time by playing signature is missing, just creating unwanted atmosphere. Finally my account got activated after 25days time.But still my currency part is not activated i called many times but no one will pick my call and answer if i cal with different no just they will say that it will get acvitate today, tom. these people dont understand customer need they creating lot of nonsense for the people

            I recomend any one wants to open an account with ICICI before that make an agreement bond with the branch manager mentioning account will activate with in 9days.
            They used to say all bull thing by mentioning for security reason it's getting delay i had nearly 4 account but biggest mistake i done opening my account in ICICI BANK.

              Dear Sir,

              Sub: Fraudulent encashment of cheques involving Rs. 1, 50,000.

              I hereby lodge a formal complaint with you regarding a fraud.

              My brother Mr. N.C.H Narasimha Rao, presently residing at Kenya had issued three cheques ( details of which are given in the table below ) in my favour dispatched through Kenya Government Postal department on 02.12.2009 addressed to C/o M/s Anu’s Laboratories, A- 49, Madhuranagar, Vengal Rao Nagar, Hyderabad – 38.

              However, the cheques were not received by me but to our surprise my NRI brother’s account maintained with ICICI Bank Limited, JNTU, KPHB colony, Kukatpally vide account no.[protected] has been debited for the aggregrate amount of Rs. 1,50,000/-. This was noticed on 18.12.2009. On inquiry by me from Mr. Uday Kishore, Branch Manger, ICICI Bank Ltd, JNTU, KPHB, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, we found that the cheques have been deposited at State Bank of India, Wagle Industrial Estate Branch,Thane, Mumbai, by some unknown person fraudulently representing to be me (i.e Mr. N Krishna Prasad). On further inquiry by us, we were told by Mr. Maty, the Chief Manager, State Bank of India, Wagle Industrial Estate Branch, Mumbai, over telecom ( contact no. [protected] ) that though the cheques were deposited for clearance at his branch, the Fraud account holder, who managed to encash the cheques, maintains account with a Branch at Varanasi vide account no. [protected]. We contacted Mr. Shiv Jha, Branch Manager, SBI, Rath Yatra Branch, Varanasi, UP over telecom (His contact no. [protected]) and he told us that the cheques for Rs. 150000 have been encashed by a person having account with their branch vide account no. [protected]. We were also told that the branch is a new branch of SBI and the account was opened on 16.12.2009 just one day before deposit of the cheques at Mumbai. Further, the Branch Manager at SBI Varanasi told me that the person has already withdrawn Rs. 1,20,000/- and a balance amount of Rs. 30,000/ is lying in the said account. On his advice, we formally have lodge a complaint with that branch on December 22, 2009 vide mail id. shiv.[protected]@sbi.co.in with an instruction that the balance amount be blocked and refunded to us. We are also informed that the account is now blocked and necessary inquiry has been initiated by the Branch Manager. So far, we have also lodged complaints with the following authorities:

              1. ICICI Bank Limited, JNTU, KPHB colony, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, by hand and also vide mail id. uday.[protected]@icicibank.com,

              We would like to submit that despite mails and conversation over phone we are yet to receive any formal communication from SBI, Rath Yatra Branch, Varanasi UP and also the whole amount of Rs. 1,50,000. We strongly believe that few staff of the postal department, Government of India and staff of banks including Bank Manager, SBI, Rath Yatra Branch, Varanasi are all part of the whole fraud.

              Therefore, I request you to make a detail investigation into the issue and take appropriate action against the culprits / frauds and help me to get my money back. We pray you to do the needful at the earliest and ensure the refund of my money to meet urgent medical expenses of my family.

                my name is A.JEYASINGH , my icici bank current account no:[protected]. my current account opened on 22 mar 2010.and deposit RS 11128. till the account is blocked by icici. i went to ask the thoothukudi branch they said " pls call the customer care" and i called the customer care mumber[protected] on 2.4.2010 3.42 pm .. they said " pls contact the thoothukudi branch" . what can i do?

                  I resigned this company(i-solutions) which is service provider to ICICI Bank Ltd. on July 2008 & i submitt my resignation letter,no dues certificate & PF forms duly signed and submitted to my reporting manager Mr.CHETAN YALLAPRAGADA,Visakhapatnam,AP. I worked in Medical equpiment loans division(PE LOANS,SMEG). My Employee Id is 18043 & my pf account no. is MH/94095/6759.Well my concern for the day is I havn't received any sort of information or e-mail by the responsible team, nor did they acknowledge me about the status of my PF proposal.please let me know my status n help me in provinding the PF as early as possible. Kindly provide me settlement amt.& P.F

                    ICICI Bank Collection department is harassing me for not my fault and made my credit a mess.This is in regard to my Car Loan A/C No. LUDEL[protected].It was a 03 years loan and i paid constantly till 2 and a half years then all of a sudden Bank calls me and said my payment is bounced but after verifying from my bank(Canara Bank,Sector-05) they did not present the payment in my Bank A/c instead they presented the same payment to the same bank(Canara Bank in Sector-03) but in a different branch and a different account number (whose last four digits were matching with me) so how can that be cleared and for this i did correspondence with the ICICI Bank for five months(Head Quality department in ICICI Bank and wrote to the MD also) but they are not accepting it instead they are throwing this fault to my bank whereas when i approached my bank they again pushed me towards ICICI Bank.I am a lady having a small child can not run around to these banks doors and my husband works outstation so i did not find any door to knock but luckily saw this on google. Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeee save me from this mental torture and advice what can i do????

                      I am ICICI Bank User since long time, I have a salary account with you.

                      On 9th of March 2010 my ICICI Debit card was misused on HDFC bank ATM, Gole Market, Delhi. Someone withdrew Rs.15000 from my Account.

                      I filled an FIR with Police and also complaint to ICICI Bank.
                      But still I have not received any call from ICICI fraud department and no money was reverted back in my account.

                      The whole footage of the fraud is visible on CCTV camera with HDFC bank.
                      I have an FIR copy.
                      My new also came in a News paper(Naidunia) on 16th March 2010 on page no. 5

                      I am a salaried person and whole of my salary has gone.

                      No One has called me from ICICI bank till now, no one went to HDFC bank and Police station for enquiry
                      and now when I call up ICICI customer care,
                      They say they cant revert money back.

                        I had taken a Home loan from ICICI bank of Rs. 5,90,000/- for which the EMI started from 01/07/2004. The ineterest rate was 7.5% floating. The loan was for a tenure of 20 years (240 months). The EMI was for Rs. 4753/- which continued till July 2006. Then the emi was increased to 5709 with 10% inetrest rate. Then it was again increased to Rs. 6243/- from May 2007 with 12.5% ineterest rate. Then it was again increased to Rs. 6538/- from November 2008 with 14% ineterest rate. Then it was decreased to Rs. 6132/- from August 2009 with 12.5 % ineterest rate which is still continuing. The amount paid by me to ICICI Home Finance till date is Rs. 384769/-. Every time the new interest rate was applied my loan was taken as a new loan and the tenure was revised. Hence due to this the total outstanding till now is Rs. 548876/- and the pending months are 261 months which is 22 years. This means I have only repayed Rs. 41,124/- from my principle amount. Attached please find my ammortization list for your reference. I have never failed any emi till date. Please let me know is this the right thing ICICI has been doing on my loan. Or they have been fooling me.

                            I DONT GET MY STATEMENTS BY POST ON TIME AND BCOZ OF WHICH THERE IS A LATE PAYMENT FEE EVERYTIME.



                            I HAVE REQUESTED ICICI MANAGER MR MAYANK PAWAR ,JODHPUR TO WAIVE OFF THE AMOUNTS AND I HAVE GIVEN HIM ALL THE STATEMENT COPY AND TOTAL AMOUNT TO BE WAIVED. HE ALSO AGREES TO THE FACT THAT AMOUNT SHOULD BE WAIVED BUT SAYS THAT CREDIT CARD TEAM PERMISSION IS REQUIRED AND THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING IT.



                            I WOULD REQUEST YOU TO CONTACT BRANCH MANAGER MR MAYANK AND SORT OUT THE PROBLEM.

                                I am a ICICI bank customer A/C :[protected] . I have a on-line account also for ICICI.
                                On 29-Mar-10, evening somebody used my account and theft money . Also changed my account login details.

                                I asked to ICICI bank for that and they replied me that somebody made 5-6 transactions and recharged the mobile phone numbers.

                                So I need all my money back.
                                Looks like ICICI net banking is not safe. How anybody can hack the account and change login details?

                                  As i recive my cibil report from CIBIL Department.In my cibil report the respective bank is update my payment status but the bank is not update my account closed date And many time i talk with bank customer care for my data update but every time i recive only one reply(data is already update in cibil).
                                  Today again i talk to customer care icici bank but they say same thing in the cibil report closed date no meaning.only bank will update the amount(balance amount or over due)that is already update in my cibil report but my account closed date is not updated in my cibil report please suggest what i do next to update my data in cibil because i apply for car loan and my car loan again declide
                                  After that my card got deactivated and nobody will believe that this outstanding amount is showing in my CIBIL record.
                                  I only got this information after I applied for car loan. Why is CIBIL not accessible to concerned people? Why is it only for financial institutions? & why is the customer having no rights over CIBIL although it has got all the powers to destroy a persons financial image?

                                  ICICI Bank Credit Card — data not update in cibil

                                  Its more than 7 months I got secured credit card from ICICI bank with a single aim of improing my credit history. But till date, ICICI bank has not reported to CIBIL regarding the payments I made, the otstatanding, the balance nothing. The details of this secured card is not even present in the CIBIL database. I got a secured credit card from another bank which updates the information promptly every month. Can I expect a prompt action by the ICICI bank regarding this?

                                      I purchase a bike of baja pulsar 150 cc From Icici two wheeler loan department at my diva address. i have paid to icic bank my loan amt apprx 79000/- but due to loss of my job i have not paid the balance amount in time & in that time my bike was Stollen from my home at night . i was shock after i had ADMITED the FIR at nearest Police station . but after one month the bank was send one letter in that letter the bank was write your bike was with us & it sold & half of amount recover from you, thats why i was go in andheri branch & tell him all story to recovery manager but he does not take any resposibilities so that i have neglect all matter after seven month i received a notice from Mega lok Adalat on 29 march 2010 in that notice the bank will written attend 10th court on 21 st march 2010 but how can atttend .becouse i got notice 29 th march it means after 9 days i got then how do attend the court please give me sagation
