On dt.16/10/2010 by transfer the sum of amount Rs.76,100=00 from my saving A/C
No.[protected]

Ref : ICICI -24 Hour Customer Care Service Complain Number – “SR[protected]” ;
dated –[protected] at 8 .03PM


Sir/Madam,

With reference to above subject ,I have to say that on[protected] at 6.02 PM I went to ATM to withdraw a money.But I surprised to see that ATM was showing message of insufficient money.then again I checked my account balance which was too much surprised that there is only Rs.26/- instead balance Rs.76,126/-.Then I went to icici Bank,Mathura to see detail information regarding my account balance.After enquiry the Bank representative told and show me a statement that on dt.[protected] the sum of amount Rs.76,100=00/- fraudly tranfered by someone from your account to icici credit card no.[protected].and also told to complain in our 24 hr.customer care service regarding this matter.

Then at 8.02 PM I talked to 24 hr. customer care service regarding already done fraud with me by icici credit card no.[protected] On dt.16/10/2010 by transfer the sum of amount Rs.76,100=00 from my saving A/C No.[protected] and after detail discussion they have
Given me a complain no. as “SR[protected]” and also suggested for Police complain.The Police complain has been registered at Mathura on dt.[protected]Copy enclosing herewith)

Due to this bad incident happened with me, I am totally mentally and financially disturbed, how much disturbed I can’t say in words. Now I am totally helpless first time in my life that due to my own hard earned money lost without my mistake and bank is not reimburse my own hard earned money till date and nothing done by bank till date on the same bank on which I am 100% faith since more than 4 years. Now I am unable to understand what to do. Due to this bad incident nobody is disturbed except me.

Now I am requesting you to please look in this matter seriously and do the needful for refunding my hard earned money at the earliest at your level. Waiting reply and for reimbursement at your end at the earliest.
