ICICI Bank — Netbanking Pin related | |||
I am having a problem with the ICICI Bank Net banking, i had called up many times at their customer care, but none of the customer care executives are willing to help out with the same concern, every one told him the different story, some one suggested me you need to generate the password on the IVR, few have suggested me that the mobile number is not updated with my account. 1.No one has give me the proper answers with the same concern. 2.I had a word with the Mohammad(according to that he is the Escalation Manager ) but he is also unable to help me out the with the same. 3.I had word with Mohammad on[protected], he told me the in next 24 hours i will be able to Login, and he will get back to me[protected] at 2:00 pm with the resoulation, but i have received call from the number +[protected], according to that the he has called me up on 2:00 pm but i have received the same at 3:00 pm, that person is lying but not ready to listen any thing. 4. He never get back when i told him that i busy , call me after 30 minute , but never received any calls. 5.Again i have called up customer care and had a word with Mohammad(according to that he is the Escalation Manager ), he told me that the problem has been resolved but still i am not able to login into my Online Banking account. 6. He wants 2-3 working days time to resolve the complaint as i have already given 72 hours for the same. Now i don't wants to continue with the service . Really pathetic customer care and their Escalation peoples are also valueless. Was this information helpful? | |||
