ICICI Bank — non delivery of gold

i have bought gold con online and opted nanganallur branch as delivery point. I went there on 24-Apr-2012 to collect the coin, they made invoice and other bill and they didn't deliver the gold, they told me that they don't have stock and they will deliver the same on the same day evening. Evening I went there to collect the coin, they told me the same answer and told me that our service person will call you and deliver the gold coin. Till now, i didn't get gold coin or call from the bank.
i think they cheated me. If they didn't make any invoice and i will simply cancel my order.

It is undigestable and i don't know the phone number of the particular branch and even i don't have an option to put my complaint in the ICICI bank complaints section.
