[Resolved]  ICICI Bank Personal Loan — Delay in disbursement of Personal Loan

Sub : Complaint regarding non-receipt of amount deducted from my personal loan

I have taken one personal loan A/c No. LPNAG[protected] on 30/11/2007 for Rs.1, 00, 000/-. But I have received cheque for Rs.94, 343/- only and they were deducted Rs.3410/- from my loan account as insurance without my prior permission. In this regard I have already quoted one complaint with your form. But till today (i.e. 6/3/2009) I have not received my refund amount of Rs.3410/- plus interest. As I am paying the instalments regularly every month for the deducted amount also. Hence I once again writing this complaint to you for cancellation of the amount deducted and return of the same with interest upto the date urgently.

If you are not processing the case and return the amount then I have no other option to move to consumer court for getting the justice.

ICICI Bank — a/c opening delay

this complain is regarding delay in opening of a/c.it has been 5 days till now and my a/c is still not been activated.
i want to draw your attention to the irresponsibility of the company towards the opening of a/c.
so i hope that you'll pay attention towards my complain and help me resolving my problem.

i'll cleared the loan amount on 13-nov-2009 the A/c No: LBSKK[protected] and LBSKK[protected] alredy cleared the amount but dockments are not received me in Vizag Branch was not Responced So Please Responced me im waiting sinc 3 Months Ago so Please Responce me Immidetly My Contact No :[protected]

ICICI Bank — a/c opening

ICICI bank Application form no. [protected] dated 12/03/2010. My 3 in 1 account opening form was rejected on 10/05/2010 with the reason "cant open in single name". Which i am unable to understand, because i am having DMAT/savings/trading accounts in HDFC bank and State bank with same name. HDFC bank cheque, SBI a/c statement and PAN card was enclosed with a/c opening for for ready reference. Moreover I can't change my name as per ur wish. If anyway it was to be rejected i want it officially on bank's letterhead so that i can takeup the matter with appropriate authority.
