I was holding an account in ICICI Bank since 2005 Aug, at present I was deputed to work in Singapore. while I was logging in to account it is asking for OTP password which is being sent to my mobile number which is in Hyderabad. When I contacted the customer support for changing the mobile number they are saying to visit the nearest branch to provide the filled in form along with ID proof. How is it possible?? or else I need to send the docs over courier (which will cost me 1500 to 2000 Rs). will they refund me the amount??? How can I change the password. What should I need to do now? they will keep some stupid slogans but dont want to help out the customers. this is ridiculous. At least there should be an option to send the details to email. but even that is not present. I need a solution for this as soon as possible. Otherwise let me know I will close the accounts and will open with some other banks where there is some support. These guys will call privilege banking but what type of help are they providing us????
