My name is Kanagasabapathy and I'm holding a salary account in ICICI bank for the past 2 and half years. I just saw today when I checked my account online, that I have been charged POSDEC CHG of Rs. 28.09 on Nov 16th 2012 and the description says: POSDEC CHG/21-10-12/3302/25ST3 I need an explanation as to what this charge means and why it is debited from my account without my knowledge.
