ICICI Bank Staff in Technopolis Branch are not at all interested in processing PPF account's. I had the same experience with ICICI Bank.

ICICI Bank — about opening of account
already i have submitted Rs10,200/- for opening of account in ICICI bank at siliguri on 10.12.2010. but till date the account is not active.i have phoned 200 times to the bank manager to active the account. always the manager said that your account will active within 2 days. but till date account is inactive. so i called the manager to refund the money, always he said ur money will refund within 2 days, but tilldate no money was returned. ph no of the bank manager is[protected].plz take the necessary steps to refund my money.
