[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — reg credit card

hi ,I am Avinash Kumar B i work for an MNC,my salary account is linked with icici bank.As being a salary account i requested them for a credit card,they sent an executive to my place i gave him all the necessary documnets and proofs.After few days i got an mail from icici bank that they have recieed my application and i have to respond to the mail in orer to complete the process.After replying for the mail after 1 and half week i dint get any respone,so i called the Executive office who helped me in applying for the credit card,he checked the status and he said me that my card is declined to the age limit .I called the the customare care and they said that i am under age for the card, i asked them u should not have opened my account also then they said that they are also not sure with the clause and they will confirm with they senior and let me know,then they senior executive said me that they is an age limit of 23 years for the appplying of the credit card.It is really an reepy and foolish reply ,i asked themn does ur executive office doesnot know to helped to fill the application for credit card,then he keep on saying sorry sir your card is declined due to under age.I didnot expect this kind of service from India`s one of the leading bank.
And upon that the customer care executive really are dumbs.

Recently I have received a call from Neha Gupta who is working in ICICI Branch office, Begumpet, Hyderabad, AP. She called me from Land Number-[protected]. She had explained me about new offer on coralcredit card which ICICI bank is providing to corporate employees with zero annual chargesand she said it is life time free card. As I am a salaried employee of ICICI she offered me this services and I was interested in this offer and agreed for it with zero charges and submitted all required documents to concerned ICICI person. Finally before I received the card i got statement which shows joing fee is 500 and service tax is 61 . I called Neha immediately, However, I never got any response from her after that call and later she started ignoring my calls and not answering my calls. If I call from another number then also she is not picking calls. I have also raised this issue with customer care people they gave the service request no :[protected], but nothing happened as of now.


I am really disappointed with the services that ICICI employee providing to a trusted customers like us. Just to reach her daily/monthly target she is cheating the valued ICICI customers.I would request you to take serious action on her and help me in cancelling the card with no charges.

Finally befor receiving the card i got bill generated with annual fee of 500 NS SERVICE TAX OF 61. I called Neha immediately she started ignoring my calls and not answering my calls. If I call from another number then ALSO she IS NOT lifting
i CALLED CUSTOMER CARE people they took the service request :[protected], but of no use.


I am really disappointed with the services that ICICI employee providing to a trusted customers like us. Just to reach her daily/monthly target she is cheating the valued ICICI customers.I would request you to take serious action on her
