[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Rude speech of Dankuni BrancH staff regarding use of defective ATM

Address:Hooghly, West Bengal

Today a few time back I had attended to the ATM which is attached to Bank branch. I saw the most parts of the printable area of the ATM is blocked. I called a staff. But he said in a rude voice "Why? what has been done? I had to return. I expect at least pleasant voice.
