ICICI Bank. Salary Ac. — refusal to provide the payment

My self is SANDEEP KUMAR R/o- sikanderpur badha have a corporate salary account with your bank opened earlier in the month of june 2008. The ac no is[protected]
On 1st of sept when i got my commission cheque then i visited to Sec 14 branch Gurgaon to deposit it & for the satisfactory purposae i consulted with one of the executive who told me that if you want to take money today then you have to pay the amt of Rs.800.00 for insta clearing either deposit the cheque clearing will come nxt day.i did it & came back.
On 5th of sept when i generated a mini statement through atm i got that the cheque has been cleared & the available balance is 39870.00. Next when i come to withdraw money atm shoed that unable to process & Atm card blocked.Then i called-up customer care & then they told me a diffrent story that your account is not active so plz visit the mother branch for activation.The mother branch is Qutub plaza DLF Gurgaon, I came here & asked for the same to the BRANCH OPERATION MANAGER which is a lady sitting in front, she replied go to Sec 14 branch we can't do anything, when i told that my mother branch is this branch then she strated to cry upon me in very rude manner, i tolerated & hardly managed to get the no. of RM SLARY DEPTT - Mr. Naveen -[protected].When called him he mocked upon me as if i am a joker & after spoiling my 15 valuable minutes & money He told " pehle hi bolte ki ye baat haito itna time kharab nahi hota . ab jao kal aana tumhari tarah yahan roj aate hain.

I went at the branch & searched the T.L of sales deptt. for corporate salary ac. Mr. Sandeep -[protected], Firstly on telephonic conversation of 8 minute he told me that he is out side so come tomorrow, but after my many request he told me that wait for one hour i am coming, it was 4.30pm of 9 th sept.
At 5.15 he came & told me that nothing is possible now just go & write a request to get the D.D of your amount.When i asked why is it so ? after your bank confirmatiom i deposited the cheque& the statment is also showing the balance.then why are you telling this, he told - tumhara form cancel ho gaya hai D.D le lo nahi te mere pas bhi roj roj time nahi hai ki tumhara kam karaonga.
