[Resolved] ICICI Bank / Saving Bank Account — Fraudulent Transaction: Sav a/c[protected] | |||
Dear Sir I, Sachin Kumar Arora, am holding above refered SB account with your ICICI bank Nehru Place branch, I wish to bring to your attention that on 17-Feb-2010 a fraudulent transaction for Rs.16036.50 has been made in said account. Upon enquiring with ICICI customer cell, they informed that the same is on account of some ICICI credit card payment. I wish to inform you that i am not holding any credit card of ICICI bank and have not given mandate for debiting the account. In view of the above you are requested to reverse the above referred debit of Rs.16036.50 as soon as possible. In this regard complaint was already lodged through ICICI bank portal 4-5 times,but No reply or resolution done so far.
