ICICI Bank — Taking money for no reason

Address:Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Hi Team,

Four time Rs.28.09 is deducted from my account for no reason. I have checked the reason in internet. Then i fount that it is deducted, When you are trying to withdraw money which is greater than the account balance.

Is that as per Law/Regulation. kindly suggest...
