Please refer to my previous correspondence on dated 27.01.09, you have informed me that maturity amount of aforesaid bond will be sent to me very soon vide your letter [protected] dated 06.02.09 . But now it is more than three months from the actual date of maturity i.e. 09.02.09 but I have yet to receive the my maturity amount. As matter is already late by three months therefore please add interest on Rs. 6750 /- and make necessary arrangement to send me the amount immediately.

I PURCHASE TAX SAVING BOND IN 8TH MARCH 2005 FOR FIVE YEAR PLAN, IT MATURE ON 7TH APRIL 2010, THE ISSUE PRICE WAS RS 5000 PER BOND AND THE FACE VALUE OF MATURITY RS 6700 PER BOND .
IN MATURITY HE DEDUCTED TAX ON ALSO TAX SAVING BOND AND WRITTEN MY WRONG PAN NO - ABAPK1086 INSTEAD OF ABAPK1086D, WHILE I PURCHASE THE BOND I ATTACHED ONE COPY OF PAN NO .

SO I KNOW VERY WELL YOUR BANK PERFORMANCE AND CUSTOMER HARASSMENT FROM YOUR BANK

KINDLY RETURN MY AMOUNT RS 40, 200 WITHOUT DEDUCTION OF TAX, BECAUSE THIS TAX SAVING BOND, AND NO QUESTION FOR TAX DEDUCTION.
