ICICI Bank — Threatening Calls from ICICI Bank

An Issue from ICICI Bank, Ambattur Branch.

I have not taken any kind of Loan from any Branches of ICICI Bank in the WORLD, till date. I also don't have any Credit Card / Debit Card of ICICI Bank. A person named, one Mr.Raj Kumar representing himself as an ICICI employee from Ambattur Branch, Chennai, making threatening calls four-five times from the Telephone No:[protected] that I have taken two Lacs Loan from ICICI Bank. Actually, I am non-resident employee and I don’t have any account in ICICI Bank. In fact, my Salary Account opened by TTK LIG Limited in ICICI Bank also closed.

I don’t know how that person Mr.Raj Kumar got information as to My Name, Address, My Previous Company, Company position details and all. When I enquired about, on what document/title basis the ICICI provided the loan, he is telling he is searching for the document. Again after my calls, that person is telling sorry! Number wrongly made! I request ICICI Bank should make enquiries about this matter.

Whether ICICI Bank is disclosing the personal information of customers, especially ex-customers? Whether the named person is working for ICICI Bank? ICICI Bank should take disciplinary action against this kind of person, because:

1) What happened to me should not happen to others.
2) Is somebody spoiling the image and reputation of ICICI Bank by doing this.

PLEASE TAKE UP THIS COMPLAINT SERIOUSLY AND SEE THAT NECSSARY ACTION IS TAKEN

My name is vishal and i had tken personal loan from icici for 36months hence was unable to pay after 17th month due to financial crices then i was told to setle it to which cud not henc i told them to take of the aditional charges so i can start paying again nothing hapend from then i am geting collection calls to setle whic i cand do and now i am getting threatning call not only on my no on my family and on my moms no my mom is a heart patient because of which am very woried pls sugest me wat to do about it.pls help

Somebody gave my number to the credit card department for his guarantee and I don't know what's the issue with him now. But I got calls from the bank and a person from the bank misbehaves with me and he threatens me for not paying the the credit card bill by the original card holder. I have nothing to do with that, neither I signed anything or took any responsibility for that card. Please help.

This is a shiv pandey([protected]), I would like to inform u that i have received a call from Mr. Kishore ([protected]) a Recovery Officer Working for ICICI Bank (Credit Card Paymnent Department). Mr. surendra mishra is the person who has taken a Credit Card of ICICI and not made the payment. i am not a garanter for any typ of loan on name of surendra mishra so pls dont call me other wise i go police station for ligele conplen on kishor The person who is calling me is not using proper language ( gali galojh) with me i have blackbery handset i have all details of your call, which is really very bad. I want u people to stop harassing me and contact the right person for recovery.. Plz ask the agency to talk in proper manner as i just dont know abt this matter at all.

I am receiving threatening calls from an agent saying his name is charry from ICICI recovery department and I dont own any icici credit card. He is calling daily and using abusive language. I have an icici account from past three years and with this type of calls I would like to change my salary account to different bank and also suggest my friends regarding the same.

My name is Vijayakanth, Day before yesterday, I got a call from ICICI recovery team, They enquired about my Cousin, he didn't settle his Credit card payment. I don't know anything about this.

My cousin in abroad, i don't know where is he now exactly, Past 3 years I didn't have any contact with him. Initially they speaking politely then they used so many bad words in Tamil, He used to call this number [protected]. That person name is Sureshkumar, He is working in Chennai branch.

If I didn't pick the call, they will call my office land line numbers, and they told, we will tall with HR using bad words, then the company will terminate like this. Also they threatening like we will send the local executive to your office like that.

I checked with my office legal advisor, regarding this, He told to file the police complaint against this. Before that i want to get some details about this number. When I searched I found the below one,
