ICICI Bank — icici bank given me
balance is showing in cbill and in that i found in one credit card 2008 on wards they started charging monthly Rs. 180/- and balance is showing 7672/- Then I tried to get new credit card from other banks like city bank, They are refusing to give credit card by RBI instructions. I told icici to clear that amount and they conformed on augest till date I am not getting credit card How to clear balance in CBIll? and how to check balance in Cbill?... Dear Parveen,

I'm Ch. V. S. Nagarushi Rao. I have been using the ICICI credit card [protected] from last 5 years. on 19th March 13, i got a alert saying there is a transaction of 824 Euros on my credit card. i was in office and i got this alert. i immediately called the customer care and requested to block the card and transaction. the customer care people are very rude and they are not at all listening to me. i spoke to Mr. Rama krishna (supervisor) and he is not in mood to listen to my words..
I did not authorize this transaction at all. i lodged a complaint with Bayyappanahalli, Bangalore Police station about the same No. "C-Misc No-173/13". and lodged complaint in ICICI bank old madras road, with the Police Acknowledgement
i am extremely disappointed with the way ICICI people treated when im in tension. I request you to block the transaction. please do the needful.
I'm very sorry to say that this is the worst experience i had with ICICI. customer care do not even care about the customer situation.
i sent emails to customercare of ICICI but still nobody reverted back.
please suggest me what i need to do.

Finally you people gave the reply "The cardholder is responsible for the security of his card and his personal 3D Secure Password. Therefore, he should take all possible steps towards ensuring its safekeeping. The bank does not incur any financial liability arising out of the misuse thereof by unauthorised persons"
and i got billed for the amount 60000/-. i'm extremely disappointed with the way you treat the customers. i'm sorry to say that i'm extremely disappointed. let me know the solution to get out from this. i request you to post it here so that everybody will know the kind of response ICICI bank gives when a 6 year relationship customer in trouble.

Dear Sir,The undersigned holds a Saving Account No[protected] with ICICI Bank. Alongwith the account we had been provided with a complementary credit card No [protected]. This credit was never utilised. Still the bank managed to debit the credit with charges twoards ICICI Lombard Insurance scheme.
Now the fact remains that I have never taken any Lombard Policy and have received confirmation from the Lombard department that no policy exists in the undersigneds name. However ICICI bank raised a lien on the saving account and deducted Rs.3846/- from the savings accounts as charges expenses incurred through credit card on Lombard Insurance and interest on the same.
On request to present the proof of Insurance taken or document certifying direct payment of Lombard through credit card the bank refuses to answer. It has been more then two months I have been following up with the bank. Each time a mail is from our side we receive an answer saying we are checking kindly provide us with some period.
The undersigned's holds as proof all the mails sent and received from ICICI Bank. It would be great if you could help me in the matter.
