I recharged my DoCoMo mobile using iMobile service from ICICI bank. I received an error stating that the service provider is not available. However balance got deducted from my icici account

this happened to me twice with the recharge amount of Rs 50.

Hi,

I have applied for credit card around 2 months back with application no J[protected]. I also got verification calls and mails for the same. Please find attached the same. After this I didn't receive any status on application. When I call customer care, they are saying no such application request exists. Please update at the earliest.
