hi, I had a credit card of icici bank in 2007 , I dont remember the credit card number because we settled it with icici bank and got a no dues letter from the bank, now after 6 years we are getting a call from this number [ [protected] ] and the guy is saying that he is from the bank and our overdue amount on the card is 70,000/- so we told him to firstly give us in writing whatever he is saying and we will revert accordingly , secondly we asked him to prove his identity by giving us his head office landline number so that we can call him and confirm that he is from the bank, on this he said that our videocon tower landline number is out of order, which is not possible as all knows that icici bank is an international bank . On his statement we doubted that this guy is fraud, that is why we are giving you this statement, if we owe any amount to the bank we are ready to pay it but please find out who is this guy who his harassing us by your name . my give us some solution for the same our contact no. is [protected] and address is E-4, new doctor's flat, swami dayanand hospital, dilshad garden, delhi 110095 . waiting for your response.

ICICI — ICICI is a real cheat

Hi,
I'm damn sure this is a problem with millions of Indians. ICICI is a real cheat. You will be in a big trouble if you take a loan from them. They keep raising the rate of interest as and when they like, even once in 2 months!!!
So, think 10000000 times before you take a loan from ICICI. They are the people who give loan very easily. Let ICICI be the last option in your list..

ICICI Bank — Cheaters

Hello sir, This is Maroof Ahmad, well i have been dealing with this Bank from past two months and the services are pathetic.They only know how to cheat the poor customers.
I have recharged my Airtel cell phone with an amount of Rs 398 through my ICICI account via Net on 30/07/2008.The amount was deducted instantly but my cell phone was not recharged.When i talked to the ICICI customer executive, he asked me to clarify with the Airtel .I called Airtel and they told me that due to some technical faults, the phone has not been recharged.when i told the same to the ICICI executive, he asked me to wait for 5 working days.Gosh why dont they take 5 working days to deduct the amount??
This is pathetic and i would like to lodge a complaint against them.

ICICI Bank — Cheating from ICICI Bank

My husband has taken a home loan of Rs.700000/- for 20 years tenure in floating interest rate. ICICI keeps on increasing our EMI and tenure also. 10 days before we received letter from ICICI that they increased EMI and tenure to 36 years. This is really ridicules. If it keeps on increasing then this cycle will goes lifelong. I will suggest all not to go for ICICI home loans. It is a fraud and there must be some control on there activities.

I too agree with that. Don't ever take loan from ICICI Bank. Please don't ever take loan from that bank. Don't even think on that.

ICICI Credit Card — Cheated by the ICICI Bank Employee

Hi,

According to your records, the outstanding amount from my ICICI Credit Card Number [protected] balance is Rs. 50002.39.

Due to my financial situation I have approached the bank regarding the settlement for the same from January, 2009. Finally an bank employee (Bhaskar - [protected]) from the Bommasandra sent a Collection Agent (Jaffer) and agreed to close the card for Rs. 30, 000/- and also told me that it would take 10 working days for the settlement letter to reach my mailing address. On April 23rd, 2009 I handed 3 post dated cheques (1st - April 23rd, 2009, 2nd - May 5th, 2009 & the 3rd - June 5th, 2009) to Jaffer and confirmed that I would receive the settlement letters soon.

Finally the first cheque was presented and a sum of Rs. 10, 000/- was cleared towards my card when the total payable was approx Rs. 46, 000/- and after the end of 10 days got an update from Jaffer that his Manager (Bhaskar ) was not answering my calls regarding the settlement letter and there was no settlement claim in relation to my account. After which I asked my bank to stop the payment of those cheques.

Now I have been cheated by ICICI Bank and the bank is asking me to pay a sum of Rs. 50, 002.39. This is unfair and am willing to go to the court with the details that I have along with the receipts given by Jaffer.

However, I am still waiting for the bank to approach and give me a reasonable settlement without all the interest charges, late fees etc., based on the fact that these charges are not viable in my case as I have used their services for my personal needs.

Request you to advice and help me in dealing with the bank.

    Dear Sir / Madam,
    I Ganesh Shetty having saving account in ICICI Bank which I have not operated since 4 years due to my CIBEL problem. But know I am receiving email saying I am having ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund (Folio Number 6230021/91) which I have never requested. The last four digits of PAN number which is mentioned in email does not belong to my PAN number. So far there is not any financial lose but it is matter of fraud accounts. In future if I want to deposit any cash in my ICICI bank account then I hope it should not get debit because of these fake accounts.
    I am having similar issue with as mentioned above with Share Khan Demat account, where they have created fake account.
    I am attaching email pages I have received from these to esteem. Please look into this and suggest me the better way to resolve this issue.

    ICICI Bank — fraud on account

    Hi,
    My name is Imran Khan, I'm a resident of Mumbai, currently residing in Versova. I would like to complaint about the fraud activity that occurred on my Icici savings account on March 31 2007. I got a sms on the same day, stating that Mr Raj Kumar has been added as a payee on your account through internet banking. I immediately called up the Icici customer services on[protected], and informed the representative that i don't know this Raj Kumar, and to not accept him as a payee and advised not to allow any form of transaction to go through. But the rep tells me to login to my online account and disable it and she can't do anything about it. Unfortunately, i didn't have access to internet at that time, so I got another message immediately stating that my account has been debited of Rs. 48, 000.

    I then called them again, only to get a cold reply stating that they will investigate this and it'll take 31 days for it. I went to the nearby Icici branch, seeking help from the Manager on duty, but of no avail. He in turn tells me that I must've created this fraud and will have to wait for the investigation report. The local Versova police station wasn't ready to take my complaint, they advised me to go and complaint at the Malad (W) police station as my account is with the Malad (w) branch. Even the Malad (W) police station wasn't taking my complaint down. I've been through mental and physical harassment by this so called Icici Company. Please help me out with this as I’ve suffered enough. I need compensation from them as my work has suffered and so has my health.

    my credit card no is [protected].this bank did not send me the statement & also one got was not correct.it showed the purchases that i did not do.i contacted them to come with the proof of purchases & delivery of the statement but they refused.now they r sending me statement with late payment charges.i asked them to send some person to collect the amount but they insist on paying by myself with the bank.pld help

    ICICI Bank — Fraud related to my ICICI account

    Dear Sir/Madam

    I G Suresh have an account in ICICI Bank Malleswaram Branch in Bangalore. My account no. is[protected].
    Yesterday (20.01.2011) 1 lakh rupees amount was debited from my account without my knowledge. In the morning a person(Anil Kumar)claiming to be an icici bank executive kept repeatedly calling me saying that he is from the fraud detection center. he sent an sms in the name of HARI OM ENTERPRISE along with an URN and asked me to forward the same to his mobile no. ([protected]). I forwarded the sms to his mobile no. Then in the afternoon he asked me to verify the digits printed on the back of my debit card.
    i said that most of the digits were erased. he mentioned some of the digits (I dont know how).

    Then in the evening i got a sms saying that 1 lakh rupees has been debited from my account. I immediately called the customer care and asked them to block the card and register a complaint.

    I am having the account for the past 10 years. when i spoke to the customer care atleast 5 times, i got the feeling that the bank is not bent on safeguarding the interest of the customer, but is more worried how the fraud person will react if the bank freezes his account.

    I am presently working in chennai. Many times when i go to the bank for some transaction, the bank employees are more worried about how i should invest the money in my account in numerous icici policies. They check my account and keep giving me suggestions.

    Whether i invest money or not is none of their business. I keep getting calls from various icici members. some of them disturb me during my office hours. Yesterday when the fraud person called i was in the midst of my work.

    How do i trust the bank (on what basis). I want the money to be credited to my account at the earliest possible.I have lost faith in ICICI bank. i feel cheated.

    ICICI Bank — fraud bank

    I had a credit card of ICICI Bank, which I had requested to convert to EMI to pay my dues, they agreed and gave me offer to pay the remaining amount in 12 installments of Rs. 2132 pm starting from January 2010, I started paying Rs. 2200 and payed till December 2010. after which in may 2011 they called me and told that I still have a due of Rs. 3248 as interest, so I payed that too. now they are calling me and saying I still have due of Rs. 16000. When I have visited the Sarat Bose road branch with all my documents and receipts for evidence of my payments, they are saying it might be a problem with the system, they will look after this but first I have to pay as it is showing due. The funniest part I have noticed is, on their system they are not showing a payment for February 2010, and showing a payment of Rs. 220 for March 2010. when I have all 12 receipts of Rs. 2200.
    My suggestion to everyone that don't get fooled by their advertisement and don't bank with this bank, cause they do exactly opposite to what they show in advertisement.

      i have a saving a/c in this bank and bank created the fictious fixed deposit in my a/c and debited the interest money.i have lodged the complaint but no action.it look that some employees are manupalating the software to suit there end

          Worst customer care service

          I applied for an ICICI coral credit card. I was told by the ICICI agent that the organisation in which i'm working is listed so i'll have to pay Rs. 500 as joining fee only instead of Rs. 1000 as they have this promotional offer for some organisations. So, I applied for it. Now, i got my first e-statement showing the joining fees as Rs. 1,123.60. I tried to contact the person who first contacted me for the card, but his phone number...

          I received ICICI bank credit card 8 months back with 50 thousand credit limit ,When iam getting the card i had cleared asked about annual fees he said no annual fees Later one month i got SMS from ICICI bank saying that 500 rupees annual fees,so i called cusomer care and i asked them to block the card.later they blocked the card but still iam getting the monthly statement with late fees as per recent stament my bill was 2162 rupees so i called customer care they waived off only 500 rupees because irritation and fear i paid 1653 rupees and i had asked them cancel the card.

          Worst experience with ICICI credit card

          My question is how they are putting interest for blocked cards

          Because ICICI sale person i lost 1653 rupees without using card single time,please check and help me out.

          ICICI BANK LIMITED. — NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT

          Dear Sir,

          This is to bring in your kind attention that I am holding ICICI savings bank accoun(No.[protected], Customer ID[protected] at 36, Chowringhee Road, Kolkata-700071, for last 4-5 years.
          I had issued a cheque to ABN AMRO BANK vide Cheque No.-273661 for amount Rs. 915.24, dated 19.08.08 for my credit card account but the cheque got returned and when I called up the customer care center, I just came to know that for a slightest mistake(I have over write one numerics-5 on thecheque and didn, t make counter signature for that) my cheque got returned and they have debited Rs.56.00 from my savings account.
          I have no complaint against what they have done but I do have complain regarding the customer service.
          At the time of registration, we have to provide our all the contact details to bank but at the time of requirement the bank don't provide any support to us, especially when a cheque gets bounced ( it may be of many reasons) I believe that it should be their moral resposibility towards the customer regarding the matter before taking any further steps and to get the customer concern & confirmation instead they just do the opposite and don't bother to inform the customer for anything rather they enjoy in harrassing the customer and exactly what ICICI BAnk did with me.They didn't inform me anything regarding the cheque returned & simultaneously deducted Rs.56.00 from my account.

          I don't mind for the amount got deducted but I did mind about the impression they have forced me to left at the ABN AMRO BANK and they have also charged Rs.500.00 as late payment charges, if my bank had informed regarding any problems about the cheque before returning then I wouldn't have incurred so many charges and I hold ICICI BANK resposible for all these.

          I want justice from you -
          1) Customer Care means for the customer, by the customer & of the customer then why they will chase /haunt a customer for the payment only and why shall not assist for their problems??

          2) If they are not acting for the customers and only looking after the benefits of their company then why should they keep/write Customer Care Cell??

          3) Why not R.B.I forced all the banks to provide any information to customer before dealings with their accounts??

          ABN AMRO Bank — CHEQUE BOUNCED

          my cheque is not cleared by you, as it was issued before due date.
          so please do the needfull for me as i am charges by penalty charges

          ICICI Bank — Debit card fees

          Dear Sir,

          I hold a savings account in ICICI bank, Cenatoph branch, Chennai with the account number[protected]. This bank has debited fees for debit card 2 time in a year which was supposed to be per annum fees. One fees for April 2009 till March 2010 Rs.109 and another from December 2009 to November 2010 Rs.109 again. It is not making any sense for me. I have submitted a complaint in this website few months back regarding ICICI's Quarterely annual Balance fees. But there was no response. Please we are counting on you to do something.

            ICICI Credit Card Dispute Investigation Process.

            I had received a sms on[protected] around 05:00PM Saying Tranx of INR 3,084.30 using Credit Card <my old card #> is made at ISNAPUR FILLING STATION-H.

              ICICI — Incorrect Bank transfer

              One of my relative has incorrectly specified the account number during etransfer of one ICICI account to another. Seems the specified account number belongs to a Company which do not exist now. Is it by anyways possible to retrieve the tranfered amount back into his account?

                I am Prateek Khera and this is probably my 3rd mail (post 7 calls) to ICICI bank. You've done a good job repeatedly iterating that I have an amount of Rs.8569.38 pending towards ICICI credit card no.4477 XXXX XXXX 1007. Now for all the times that I received a mail/call in this context, all I have asked is a detailed bill of the pending amount and all i have been getting repeatedly is a pdf file of the first page of the bill. Now, my question to you is that how am I suppose to believe that the said amount is pending for payment if no one gives me the details.
                So by simple logic application and presuming that the IQ of the people dealing with this matter from ICICI is slightly above the room temperature, I would again demand a DETAILED (itemized) bill of this account and I would be more than glad to pay, if need be.

                ICICI Bank Credit Card — not received cr card

                31/12/2008 i got a massage from icici bank, credit card dispatched on 31/12/2008 through elbee courier vide airway bill no[protected]
                but today is 08/01/2009 still i have not recived any call or related documents .
                i am totally disappointed with the elbee courier services . any one can understand the importance of sensitive thing like credit card. in case of wroung delaviry or miss use of credit card unneccessory i will suffer

                After taking to your customer care, they told me that they will issue the card and took my details also. My request no is.SR[protected] .
                It was happed in December 2010., till today i have not received any card from you.
                I am paying Rs.100 as a premium insurence for the old card.
                I feel it is meaningless to this amount without using your credit card.
                So, iam requesting you send the card immediately or re pay the premium amount which i paid to you.

                  Hi,

                  Can a bank authorise a recovery agency to collect the dues after 6 years?//because i keep on receiving calls and went some body to home town during hard hours night 8.30 pm & thretening my parents by using abuse language, that they have some dues against me for a card which i stopped using 6 years back after i think i cleared the dues.
                  Since 6 years i did not get any billing statement, now this is surprise and when i asked for billing statement they sent

                  But the card number is not mine,
                  There is no purchasing information,
                  Just they put some money that bill simply,
                  they were misused my personal data by attaching with some what card number.

                  But i am reciving calls from various collection agents(Vizag, AP) regarding this to pay money simply for wrong card number, this is really irritating and harassing to me and my family.

                  Please guide me in finding the genuinity of these calls and how to proceed with them.

                  ICICI Credit Card — Abuse call

                  I was used the ICICI credit cards in 2004 & I went to Singapore on 2007 & return on 2009. while using the card i have paid the amount partially. But they never called back for last 5 years.
                  Now suddenly i got a call from customer care. they spoke very rudely & they made call to family (to my native place) & spoken in the same manner.
                  They are not provide the information what they have & they are keep on asking my details.
                  They are threatening my family by telling send some people to home.

                  I don't have any details of the credit card now. How shall i proceed?

                  ICICI bank - Credit card — MISUSE OF CREDIT CARD

                  Sir,

                  I have used the a credit card number 4477 xxxx xxxx 9012. Now on June 14, 2010, I dropped the card with torn pieces into sector 16 ATM of ICICI bank. I also put up the letter to cancel the card. But on 26th June 2010, I got the messages that AUD 84.99 (twice) has been transact to some company and AUD 99.00 is transact to mobileworld.com which I have never heard of. Now after taking this matter to the company, they refused to take and help me. They told me that I had given the number to these sites. I also sent a mail to the concerned customer.[protected]@icicibank.com but there is no response. I also talked to the customer care number (name Raja) who says it is my fault that I have torned it and throw it in the ATM box.

                      I opened a FD on[protected] 19/06/2013 with instance credit card till now i didnt got credit card.

                      Also i talked to ur cust care representative thet dont knw anything about it...Means they dont knw anything about Open FD with instant credit card&quot;
                      I called on 11 july 2013..

                      1st call they transferred my call to cc department and the person i called didnt know anything...and he disconnected the call.I want some action to be taken against him.

                      And time I called again she was transferring my call to senior officer as she didnt knw anything abt it.

                      1st person didnt listened to twhat i said and told we dont know anything and you shoud visit icic1 bank for same.

                      That dumb guy thought that I want to apply for credit card...I told him hundred times its not that...I opened FD with which we get instant credit card...he never understood

                      same is the case with FD opened from my mom accounts[protected]...till now no credit card recieved

                        ICICI Bank — CHEATING AND FRAUD

                        ICICI BANK HAS WITHDRAWN RS.3,33,021/= FROM ACCOUNT No.[protected] WITHOUT PRESENTATION OF CHEQUE AND HAS NOT DELIVERED GOLD AGAINST RS. 9,98,800/= WITHDRAWN FROM ACCOUNT NO.[protected] AND RS. 10,03.431/= FROM ACCOUNT NO.[protected] IN A-1/15 SAFDARJUNG ENCLAVE, NEW DELHI-110029 BRANCH.
                        ICICI bank is the biggest loot company. They are robbers. They rob money from your account, and if you have credit card, they will suck upto last drop of blood. They firstly have huge interest, then penalty and everything loaded with service tax to coat it with sweet. They deduct monthly 400 plus ST for not maintaining MAB, monthy available balance. First they had opened account saying it was a ZERO balance account. Then they made 5000 as minimum quaterly balance, then 10000 as quaterly balance then they made it Monthly so loot can go on monthly. My accouint since it had lower then MAB they deducted monthly 400 plus every month approx until balance was zero. I am not using this account as they charge huge amouitn. This guys then withdrew one payment that came to my account directy against MAB. THey are the most biggest cheaterr/

                        NEVER ever open account with this BANK. Its the biggest FRAUD going on and GOVT still not taking action.


                        For a 25000 credit card balance they looted more than 1 lac from my friend, and still balance is 35000 isnt that a beauty of professional looters.

                            ICICI Bank — ICICI bank deduction

                            ICICI bank the Second Largest bank of india, they are making there money by deducting amount from your account and you will not able to notice that deduction.

                            I have a Zero Balance Salary Saving Account in ICICI Bank, But due to inactivity for more then 18+ months they charged me 7600 Rs.

                            I am closing all services, including NRI account, prudential account, credit cards.

                            ICICI Bank — Invalid deduction on Savings Account

                            I am an ICICI account holder, my savings account number is[protected]. A deduction of Rs.20000 has happened on my account on 5th of October 2011, description saying"IPS DX DT 30.09 GR THANGA MAL"which is not the valid one, already raised the issue to ICICI customer care, I was told I will be getting a response in few hours but I did not. I am not blaming ICICI, but 20,000 is actually a big amount, bank should not be this much careless in deducting amount. Kindly assist to get solution for this issue as soon as possible as I am spending lot of time to check with customer care and figure out the issue...

                              On 24th of june my friend had deposited 24, 500 inr into my icici bank account and at that night i have sent my friend to withdraw his amount from a non icici bank atm, i, e. Hfdc bank, k. H road branch, bangalore. As a matter o[censored]rgency and the lack of knowledge regarding the atm permissible amount to withdraw, he tried to withdraw 24, 000 at a time, which was a failure transaction and then after understanding his mistake, he tried to withdraw the amount in full figures (10000 inr) and atm machine persistently responded erratic, after several trials (Including around 5 failure transactions)

                              He successfully withdrew 24, 500 inr. As i am waiting for him at my desk i could observe the mail alerts which i am receiving on my official e-mail id, kindly check the altered e-mails screenshot for your reference : http://img826.imageshack.us/img826/3217/cgqs.jpg

                              If you have looked at the image, you can understand how erratically i have received the alerts, as an regular icici bank customer from 7 years i thought maybe this is some alert errors and ignored the available balance figure in the last alert guessing that if there is some error in my balance maybe it would be alright/or regain to the appropriate figure within 24 hours.

                              I have checked my balance next day in the icici website and from a non icici bank atm, the balance

                              Has gone to -2000 inr rough change, so i have made this complaint sr[protected] and i have clearly explained all the situation to icici customer care for they have promised that the issue would be

                              Olved within 7 days, noting my urgency. Now after 7 days even after my repetitive calls to icici

                              Customer care nothing happened, the customer care has been telling me "back-end team has been working on your issue" after 7 days i have called back icici customer care again to know the status and

                              Reversal of my money, when i got to speak to the customer care, they have told me the transactions

                              Occurred in hdfc bank atm was successful and hdfc bank have denied of any error related with the

                              Dispense of cash. Then, i had to ask the customer care what would have caused the alerts i have

                              Received go fully wrong figures and how does atm machine delivers the amount which is not even there

                              In my account? (When appropriate balance was around 5880 inr hdfc atm had dispensed 8000+ inr?), then the wisest icici customer care raised one more complaint which is escalation complaint

                              Sr[protected] and this complaint would make the actions happen within 24 hours, i mean to say they have promised the money reversal within 24 hours.

                              24 hours have passed and i can see my balance still in subtracted mode, so i have called the greatest

                              Icici customer care again to find out what made them to lie about "24 hours" promise, the customer

                              Care executive says "sir, it takes 17 more days to reverse your deducted amount", i have literally

                              Lost my mind, for the first fact the amount was deducted mistakenly and customer like me are taken

                              For granted when it comes to customer's money not the bank money. My card is blocked and i cannot use my account and the balance which i had been waiting to get reversed since 8 days had not returned after one more call with the customer care, this time the customer care executive says "we have inquired on only one of your 8000 rs transaction, there are two transactions with the same amount, this time i will register the complaint on the other transaction" this time the complaint number is : sr[protected], then my little mind asked myself, "how come they don't check all the transactions occurred on that night??", "how come the hdfc bank cannot check the atm cameras??", i understand there is a huge lack of common sense but this is outrageously stupid among these people when these people are maintaining such big financial corporations, and cannot promise good service to small time customer like me, how can they improve this nation? How can they provide service properly.

                              My 7 days waiting had been prolonged more 13 days and its as per the bank's wish i have no right to

                              Talk a person with my physical presence, who actually deals with this, i don't understand whether there is any value for customer's money or take us for granted like two flying.

                              Customer like me should wait for his deducted money as long as bank can make him wait it is not

                              Bank's problem even if customer is dying with starvation, because small time customers like me are not really a big sweet doughnut to eat for these corporate dimwits, all we have is customer cares and complaint numbers and their statuses but there is no guarantee for money. I have made them several calls, and i have sent them 2 emails (No response the last email) and i have asked them to check the hdfc atm machine cameras, i have asked them reasons for faulty transaction alerts and i have even asked to check the faulty transaction alerts from their side, i have asked them "how does it goes minus balance"?... I do not know when my problem is going to resolved because icici bank gives very poor response to the customers who need help.

                              Kindly, someone help me or suggest me, because i do not want to lose my hard earned money for any stupid atm machine fault or the lack of hdfc bank, icici bank "vision". I only have a choice to take this issue to consumer court now. — thanks,

                              ICICI — failure of icici to provide proper service

                              today ie 16th jan 2009, i made a sale of "suzene" using margin plus in icici bank. when i tried to square it off at 2:45 and it never happened, at that point i was at profit of Rs 500(as i am not a big time trader). but it didn't happen. I tried to call and find out from icici service people who said they encountered some problem (technical problem) and due to this i made a loss of Rs 650. I want to know if its only me or some one else faced same kind of problem. Can anyone please tell me where can i complain about icici. I guess if it happened to every one then most of them must have made staggering losses. Please let me know if there is a organization where we can complain regarding this issue.

                              HDFC Bank — ATM mistake

                              sir, i m sandeep chaurasia i m saving a/c holder in hdfc bank.
                              i fill the amount 10000/- in ATM (raj muhlla Indore) but i got only 7000/-but in my a/c it had reduce 10000/- then i went to HDFC bank that time and i had complained and got the received 7000/- i had received and GM accepted the mistake of ATM machine. but he didn't solve my problem and said that i can't return amount. my A/C NO.[protected]

                              ICICI Credit Card — Deduction of amount from my bank amt

                              I am sending you the copy of my settlement letter which I received from your credit card department, with this mail



                              Please go through the below points



                              1.Friday( 16.01.09 ) there was 13552.15 Rs in my salary account no[protected] ICICI Bank) & when I checked my account on Wednesday ( 21.01.09) it was showing zero balance.
                              2.I received the mail from ICICI credit card department on Wednesday (21.01.09), that they had received the payment of rp 13552.15 against card no ([protected]). It means they had taken the money from my salary account.
                              3.I did the settlement of my credit card with amount 14000/- in three installments on 10th Sep 2007. (Letter of settlement is attached with this mail.)

                              4. Now at prsent i am not operating this account, at statement showing me -24000negative ( approx ) in my account, they still deducting the money from my account.

                              If you will contact the bank then you will find that i had given more than triple amount to ICICI bank against my uses of card.

                              I would like to request you kindly take up this matter with company & resolve my problem, i am getting mentally harressed by company.

                              sir, i m Rahul Kumar Singh i m saving a/c holder in hdfc bank.
                              On 4 August, 09 I was trying to withdraw a sum of Rs. 1000/- by ATM. I had
                              tried the transaction twice from Oriental Bank of Commerce ATM. What exactly happened is both times ATMs did not dispense
                              the money as well as slip and both times amount had been deducted from my
                              account. I mean total Rs. 2000/- had been deducted. Once money(Rs. 1000/-) was credited
                              in my account immediately and the second transaction is still in
                              dispute. For the same I have lodged a complaint on customer care on date 5/08/2009 of HDFC the
                              complaint number is "MUM068574"
                              Initially they told me to respond in 12 days but still I have not gotten
                              their call and also money back in my account.

                              Please help me as soon as possible.

                              HDFC Bank — ATM ERROR

                              Sir,
                              I had tried to withdraw Rs.5000 from HDFC ATM at jandiala road, Tarn Taran on 13th nov. 2008 twice but due to ATM error i got it only once and deducted from my account twice.The amount was refunded on 6th Jan 2009 but the same was reversed again on 24th Jan 2009.
                              please look into the case and refund Rs.5000 in my account.

After completing the transaction I received only the transaction slip (record No.1162) as transaction declined - unable to process and I did not receive the Rs. 10000.00 cash.                               ICICI Bank Ltd — No cash from ATM machine

                              Dear Sir,

                              I Karan Singh, ICICI Bank S/B A/C holder, attempted to withdraw a amount of Rs. 10,000/- from a ATM machine of Bank of India installed at Delhi Cantt. (Near Brar Square). The date of transaction was 5th Nov 2010. However, no cash wash delivered by the machine, but it was deducted from my ICICI Bank account. My A/C No:[protected], Branch Suncity, Gurgaon.

                              It has been about 20 days since this transaction, but no reversal has happened till date. The slip printed as suspected transaction.

                              Please help in getting reversal of this amount with interest at eraliest.

                                On 24th of june my friend had deposited 24, 500 inr into my icici bank account and at that night i have sent my friend to withdraw his amount from a non icici bank atm, i, e. Hfdc bank, k. H road branch, bangalore. As a matter o[censored]rgency and the lack of knowledge regarding the atm permissible amount to withdraw, he tried to withdraw 24, 000 at a time, which was a failure transaction and then after understanding his mistake, he tried to withdraw the amount in full figures (10000 inr) and atm machine persistently responded erratic, after several trials (Including around 5 failure transactions) he successfully withdrew 24, 500 inr. As i am waiting for him at my desk i could observe the mail alerts which i am receiving on my official e-mail id, kindly check the altered e-mails screenshot for your reference : http://img826.imageshack.us/img826/3217/cgqs.jpg
                                If you have looked at the image, you can understand how erratically i have received the alerts, as an regular icici bank customer from 7 years i thought maybe this is some alert errors and ignored the available balance figure in the last alert guessing that if there is some error in my balance maybe it would be alright/or regain to the appropriate figure within 24 hours.
                                I have checked my balance next day in the icici website and from a non icici bank atm, the balance has gone to -2000 inr rough change, so i have made this complaint sr[protected] and i have clearly explained all the situation to icici customer care for they have promised that the issue would be solved within 7 days, noting my urgency. Now after 7 days even after my repetitive calls to icici customer care nothing happened, the customer care has been telling me "back-end team has been working on your issue" after 7 days i have called back icici customer care again to know the status and reversal of my money, when i got to speak to the customer care, they have told me the transactions occurred in hdfc bank atm was successful and hdfc bank have denied of any error related with the dispense of cash. Then, i had to ask the customer care what would have caused the alerts i have received go fully wrong figures and how does atm machine delivers the amount which is not even there in my account? (When appropriate balance was around 5880 inr hdfc atm had dispensed 8000+ inr?), then the wisest icici customer care raised one more complaint which is escalation complaint sr[protected] and this complaint would make the actions happen within 24 hours, i mean to say they have promised the money reversal within 24 hours.
                                24 hours have passed and i can see my balance still in subtracted mode, so i have called the greatest icici customer care again to find out what made them to lie about "24 hours" promise, the customer care executive says "sir, it takes 17 more days to reverse your deducted amount", i have literally lost my mind, for the first fact the amount was deducted mistakenly and customer like me are taken for granted when it comes to customer's money not the bank money. My card is blocked and i cannot use my account and the balance which i had been waiting to get reversed since 8 days had not returned after one more call with the customer care, this time the customer care executive says "we have inquired on only one of your 8000 rs transaction, there are two transactions with the same amount, this time i will register the complaint on the other transaction" this time the complaint number is : sr[protected], then my little mind asked myself, "how come they don't check all the transactions occurred on that night??", "how come the hdfc bank cannot check the atm cameras??", i understand there is a huge lack of common sense but this is outrageously stupid among these people when these people are maintaining such big financial corporations, and cannot promise good service to small time customer like me, how can they improve this nation? How can they provide service properly.
                                My 7 days waiting had been prolonged more 13 days and its as per the bank's wish i have no right to talk a person with my physical presence, who actually deals with this, i don't understand whether there is any value for customer's money or take us for granted like two flying.
                                Customer like me should wait for his deducted money as long as bank can make him wait it is not bank's problem even if customer is dying with starvation, because small time customers like me are not really a big sweet doughnut to eat for these corporate dimwits, all we have is customer cares and complaint numbers and their statuses but there is no guarantee for money. I have made them several calls, and i have sent them 2 emails (No response the last email) and i have asked them to check the hdfc atm machine cameras, i have asked them reasons for faulty transaction alerts and i have even asked to check the faulty transaction alerts from their side, i have asked them "how does it goes minus balance"?... I do not know when my problem is going to resolved because icici bank gives very poor response to the customers who need help.
                                Kindly, someone help me or suggest me, because i do not want to lose my hard earned money for any stupid atm machine fault or the lack of hdfc bank, icici bank "vision". I only have a choice to take this issue to consumer court now.

                                I am customer of icici for last five months and that is my salary account.my account no..is[protected]I recived my salary on 2nd july and i withdrawn rs 6400 and my remaning bal.400rs but yestrday wen i am trying to withdrawn rs 400 then shown that your balance is insufficient and after that wen i check bal..then shown that your bal.is rs 200 so i jst want to know that where is my 200rs bal..if you deducted my balance then why u deducted and i want my 200 rs otherwise am going to legal action against you and this is not a way without my information you have been deducted 200rs.And one more thing which is most important any time wen my salary transfer in my account am getting alert but now am not getting any mesg.alert wen my salary transfer in my account.plz you can and do the needful.This is not a issue 200rs only i jst want to knw how have deducted 200rs .

                                ICICI Bank — Be alert with ICICI

                                Im an account holder with ICICI.

                                I'm writing this to create an awareness amongst people so that nobody gets affected like me.



                                This is a real and very sad incident that happened to me an year back.

                                I am holding my salary account with ICICI bank for long time,



                                One year back, i was very shocked to see an amount of Rs.80,000 dissappearing from my primary account. I never used it for any purchase or withdrawn for any purpose.

                                I went to check this with ICICI people, they were least responsive. They were not so much co-operative to help me findout what went wrong.. they blamed be saying, i would have given my

                                account details/credentials by responding to some fake mails, or opening up some fake links that would have come to me via email.. and so it happened. but for sure i never attempted any such. and I suspect it to be some hackers attempt - but ICICI was not in a position to accept it, because it may spoil the brand name.



                                Later after a lot of pains and efforts for months together - i somehow found the traces of the transactions that used my money.



                                I was shocked to see - somebody had purchased a play station and a laptop by hacking into my account. When i tracked it closely, the purchase was done from two different address Hyderabad, and the products were delivered via blue dart and DHL courier. Two times the courier people had tried to deliver the parcel the home was locked- and the receipient called up to the courier and received the parcel later.



                                I issued a compliant on this directly to the chennai commisioner, they showed a lot of similar and more serious cases they had already received on ICICI bank.

                                All this process took me 6 months of pains, follow-ups, and spendings.. till today i never received the money or able to find out the person who hacked into my online account..



                                Advice - Please prefer nationalized banks for holding your hard earned savings over such private banks

                                  Amount Rs.20000 is transferred from My ICCI bank account to KVB account. but the amount is not credited to my KVB account.

                                  Multiple times, I have made a enquiry with customer care of ICCI and KVB. ICCI peoples are telling the amount is credited, whereas the KVB peoles are telling we havent recieved the fund, you enquire with ICCI. Both the banks are not taking the ownership , they are not ready to understand the customer concern or pain.

                                  When I called to NEFT facilitation centre numbers of KVB given in RBI's site, they are not even ready to listen to our words ( reply is it is our internal number, pls contact our customer care number).

                                  Thanks for the action. Amount has been credited by yesteday ( 08/07/2013) in KVB account after registering the complaint.

                                  Is there any option to remove the account information in the above complaint.
                                  I got a call from mobile no : [protected]. He is introducing himself as ICICI consumer complaint forum person and asking for more details of ICICI debit card number and pin number etc. I think he is trying to misuse the informations given in Complaint. pls request you to take necessry action for the same.
