ICICI Bank — UNCARING ATTITUDE

would like to say that ICICI banks customer service is all gone to dogs. I tried to do online transaction yesterday morning but failed and my Debit card was blocked. I contacted icici customer service executive at 4 PM. yesterday, after verifying my ID
he assured me that the same will be unblocked in 40/45 minutes time since again i was trying to do the online transaction, found it was not unblocked till 9 PM then again I contacted ur customer service executive Mr.Basant, he again assured the unblocking will be done in 30 minutes time. But sorry to say you people do nothing but give assurance like our politicians. As while trying to do the transaction next day (today) also the position was not changed and was forced to find some alternative source of payment.

This is not the First time this disgusting and frustrating experience from icici Bank customer servce people. In last July also was handed the most bitter of the experience. While leaving for abroad I had purchased icici forax Card but as the online transaction pass word given was illegible /miss print, I requested ur customer service to allot me the same and as I had only a few hrs left for my flight, he assured me the needful will be done in two hrs time.
But what a disgusting experience I was issued the alternate pass word at the fag end of my planned stay at UK, jeopardizing my whole tour program me as for the want of the pass word I could not arrange for my online travels and was stuck up at London itself. Resultingly Had to get the refund of most of my unused Foreign exchange. Was so frustrated that had made up my mind to sue the ICICI bank but for some employees at icici Lokhandwala branch, I had to give up the same.

But ICICI CUSTOMER CARE people are disgusting lot and now made to firm up my mind to EXIT from this customer UNFRIENDLY and UNCARING bank. I have been maintaining over a lac balance in my saving bank account..But who cares. I hope others also must be facing such lethargic attitude from your uncaring staff.
