[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — User id disabled

I have been using my Internet bank account for long anf now its saying it is disabled, I called customer care about a month ago and the customer care representative said that she activated it again but it never got activiated.

This is sheer representation of poor services that ICICI Bank does offer. Whenever I call customer care number, it never gets connected. Poor poor service !!!

How do I get the internet banking user id reactivated?

I'd got my Internet banking user id enabled few months back by spending hours in calling customer care. Today when I tried accessing Internet banking, its again showing my User Id got disabled. I do not have my mobile number working to generate online password to enable it since I am in US now. It is really frustating to see the account getting disabled in such a short span of time and that to when you are in urgent need to do the transactions. Could you let me know a fix of it?

Frequently i was using my Internet banking. But now it is showing disabled. I have also send mail to [protected]@icicibank.com.

My user id is disabled.i tried of calling 24 hours customer care.could you please help me to activate my User ID.
I got a message from ICICI bank and saying that your user id is disabled, to active please visit ICICIBANK.COM.I know we can go to icicibank.com to activate but we cant find the exact path in that website.please response to the customers the way they expect.
From last 4 months my Account is disabled and did not get any effective responce from Customer Care and Bank also. My contact Number is [protected].
my net banking id is disabled due to wrong password.
when i tried to get new password using my number it say my number is not registered with my account.
password to my residential address also failed.
if i call customer care it keeps on asking a lot of numbers and im fed up.
feeling much irritated.

i have entered my user id wrongly for 3 times so my user id become deactivate so it shown me after 3 days you can try for generating user id after 3 days i tried but it not made there is no response from [protected] so say me how to activate my user id

can't use debit card but cut amount

Bank employees do not want to do any work.

The work is very bad ICICI Bank, Sainthia Branch, Birbhum District, West Bengal. Is a work around for times. The petition is still not working. Net banking user ID that has given me Expire. Items that are still not yet done.

I have tried my times to generate through get Password option, but unable to get password .After giving account number or debit card number, it ask generate PIN. I am using my registered mobile, but not able to generate . Please help us it very urgent.

I have created my ICICI account at Chennai Gopalapuram branch before 4 months. while creating the account they gave me the net banking user id and password. But while trying to login with that user id and password its saying that user disabled. I have tried to get user id in your site. But its showing that mobile number not registered.. Also i have registered my mobile number in an ATM but its not getting updated. Since now also i am not get cleared with that problem. Please help me to solve this issue.

I internet banking transactions are blocked for months and I am not able to use my account for transactions. Every time I go there they ask my user id for generating password. I told them that I have my password and I can login as well. Its just that I want my internet banking transactions unblocked. They gave me this number to get it done: [protected] and it has no option that can help unblock my transactions. Too much of fuss and this account is useless all the time.

I got an icici credit card about 2 months back, but still unable to generate my user id.
I've been spending hours calling the customer care but they seem clueless and ask me to wait for another 7 days. I made a transaction and now I'm in complete darkness as I can't access my account statement.
