ICICI Bank — Worst Customer Service

on 24/5/12, I came down to this branch(Bund Garden Pune) for home Loan clearance, we dealt with Vishal Hapse (ID: 190697). He told us the specific due amount & we issued the cheque for the same. Same evening, he called & told us there is a gap of 820Rs & you have to pay it first & then only I can forword your cheque for home loan clearence. (if this was the case, why he didn’t inform us, when we were in the branch.) So, immediately, I transfer the 1000 Rs to my ICICI saving amount. & then only he forworded the our home loan clearence request. At the time of loan clearence, he told us, document will be reach to the branch within 21days(max), & I will inform you as soon as the documents will be here.
On 22/06/12 (almost 1 month later), I called him, He said, he is busy & call me back in 10 min. I waited for ½ hour & finally I called him again he did not even receive the phone. Today morning when I called him again & asked him you suppose to call me yesterday, he said “just tell what you want, don’t argue” & he just disconnected the call during the conversation. He called me back again within a min told me your documents is here & before I ask him anything, he again disconnected the call.
He is the most mannerless, Rude & arrogant person I have ever seen. Now, my question is, for getting this kind of service, you asked your customer to maintain 10,000 quaterly. & also is this not your responsibility to inform the customer when document reach the branch. & if you telling the customer that you will call back in 10 min & you didn’t do it & on the next day again customer calls he does not even have the rights to asked Why you didn’t call? He even told us to call the customer service centre to know where your document is? I hope you will take strict action against him. Worst Bank. Worst Employees.

Today[protected]I went to take DD to the chengalpet Branch. I found very worst costomer service in that branch. Instead of helping they ridicule the layman persons. It is not good for further development of the bank. Also I got my DD within 1 Hour!...?.at the time i watched the activities of the employees their. It was totally bad day for all the customer today...
ICICI Bank has the worst service. They should close down theirn bank.
