I am saving bank account holder in ICIC KUMAR PARK BRANCH BANGALORE. Whenever i came to india and visited bank nobody shown quick reply my native place is 600 km away from bangalore and i am resident of australia. due to neglegency and not good approach towards helping and make process easier to customer you icic bank is loosing lot foriegn exchange money and investments.
when rate for AUD$1= 42 RUPEES that time i have had applied for net bank ID and Paasword which i lost when i personnaly went to bank ...you always shown short cut like pone banking and customer care call no etc but you should know that that system is more worst that physically visiting bank. i have had some time and unable to get my work done. so until now no perticular eamil for that my work so i am also decided to not to send money to ICIC which has lesscareer team and neglegency for customer.
even now i want urgent help for international money sending facility etc.
