[Resolved]  ICICI — card blocked from online transaction

My debit card number [protected] has been blocked from online transaction and on contacting the bank no solution is being provided.

hi,

i had posted the above complaint, the customer service team contacted me and were able to understand and resolve the issue which no other person from the bank(of the level of branch manager) could provide a solution. I sincerely thank the customer service team for the effort they put in which brought back my faith in the system of icici bank.
