This is in reference to the Hypothecation marked for my Chevrolet Spark-LS car RC # MH 12 EG 1673 in the name of Anuj Saxena residing in Pune.

I have hitherto neither applied nor availed any auto loan against the aforementioned vehicle (MH 12 EG 1673).

It had been a mistake on the part of either the RTO (Pune) or the dealer (Talera Motors- Chevrolet) in Pune, then situated (during purchase) at Dhole Patil Road, Pune. This dealer has shut down the Chevrolet dealership about 3-4 years back.

At this moment the while I am attempting to sell the vehicle, to get the erroneous hypothecation entry correct by RTO Pune they have demanded a NOC from ICICI Bank LTD.

Request you to kindly review your records and provide me the NOC certificate.

to ICICI bank in Feb 2007 for period of 3years .I have already cleared my loan amount, but I have not received the NOC & form certificate.
I have already sold my car and have problem to transfer the same due to no NOC.

Hai all,

I have purchased a car thro ICICI laon and in January 2014 and I have preclosed the loan of toatal Amount Rs 600000 (Rupees six lakhs only) on August 12 2015, at the time of pre closure I have asked the ICICI Bank representative when I will get the NOC they informed me that I will Get within ten days sure.

I was waiting for the NOC till date but I didi not received it and no response from ICICI bank side also.

I have sold my car to other party and I am in a position to issue NOC to him.


What Can I do now ??????
