[Resolved]  ICICI Customer Care — The worst customer support

Hi All,

I simply want to say that ICICI Customer care is the worst customer support I have experienced across the world.

If you try to call ICICI customer care, you reach an executive in atleast 30 minutes after many times call drops. 99% chances will be that executive will transfer you to the right department but you will never find the right one. Nobody will listen to your problem, they will always advise you to follow the instructions on the call. Even if you try to follow the instructions, you will be finally completely frustrated.

I am explaining this incident which happened to me yesterday when I was trying to reach ICICI customer care yesterday when an ATM machine was not functioning properly. I tried to withdraw the money. Money did not come out but transaction is done on my account.

After being screwd by ICICI call customer support, I tried to submit my complaint online at ICICI website. In this case, I was asked to fill a form online which was asking me so many details that no one can have that...like ATM ID, transaction ID.....how can they expect a customer to remember these IDs if ATM is not even working and it is not giving transaction slip.........

AWESOME Support..............This is how they claim to be the best bank.....

and here I do not request anyone from bank to help me at all....

Dear sir,

I am taken policy from ICICI prudential (Guaranteed saving insurance plan)

Mr.Anand Singh (Associate Financial Services Manager) was explined me before filling the application form for 7 year paying term. but when policy received they menteiend 10 years. I follwed severl time to the contact the right persone by (mobile no:[protected] and e-mail:[protected]@iciciprulife.com )mobile was not working and email getting bonsed.
