As per above mentioned home loan’s sanctioned issued by icici bank Ltd dtd 5th -2-2007 loan amount sanctioned is Rs7,89,000/- rate of interest 9.50%. Each EMI amount Rs8,239. Call Center guys was not picking phone

I wanted to get information about my account. I made call to ICICI customer care 3 time they told my you have to wait for 5-6 minute on phone to talk our guys. I waited 10-12 minute but they haven't picked my phone. I spent more then 40 rs but I was not able to talk with their customer supporter....
