[Resolved] Icici Direct — Not activating my account even after multiple calls and emails | |||
My icici direct account number IN[protected][protected], I am unable to login or generate the password online as the account is deactivated. I have calledup the cstomer care at least 5 times and same number of mails to activate the account. They are still sticking on the password request which is not relevent as I updatred them clearly that I am not in India to receive the password. I am surprised to see how these people are behaving and no actions being taken for more than a month now. Here is the complaint number which I have raised with them online 'ICICICARE=[protected]'.
