[Resolved]  ICICI Home Loan Lbabd[protected] — No due certificate

I m holding ICICI home loan LBABD[protected]. As the ROI is higher in ibank, i have decided to shift my home loan to SBI. SBI is asking for a no due certificate from ibank statign that there is no due/top up loan on my current home loan towards my outstanding amount.

Firstly i sent a mail to customer.[protected]@icicibank.com on 12th sept for which i havenot received any reply. Then on 19th sept i went to the nearest branch for certifcate but the officer refused to provide me such certificate, saying that he has been strictly informed by the HO not to provide any no due certificate. Again yesterday i put a mail to customer.[protected]@icicibank.com but i have not heard from them on the abv.
