ICICI — Wrong information put on CIBIL
With reference to the above subject matter, myself Santhosh KK would like to lodge a complaint against ICICI Bank Limited, Credit card division due to my name wrongly shown in CIBIL information with the due amount=0, and Status="Written OFF" , which had already been settled/paid by me on[protected] and ICICI has reported it to CIBIL on[protected].I have already collected the full and final settlement letter for my credit cards, and the payment of the same has made by cash.
I talked to customer care ICICI bank and they are asking 12 days to rectify/change the status in Cibil. Whereas due to urgency of getting loan I need the status to be updated at the earliest.(12 days is too long)
Due to my name showing in CIBIL information record (as per the Bank rules), my home loan is stuck in SBI.
Despite of repeated communication with the ICICI bank ,Bangalore, there is no satisfactory replies from their sides.
You are requested to please remove my name & change status in CIBIL, so that my loan process moves forward.
