Dear Sir,
Kindly refer to my above Service Request No.[protected]. I had furnished full details of my case in this complaint. Any how since your staff who called me over phone from [protected] at 10.48 hours on 12/12/2009, in response to my SR[protected] dt. 11.12.2009, I am once again furnishing details of my complaint.
I have availed home loan of Rs. 585000/- during August 2003 for purchasing a house at Erode. . My Loan No. is LBERO[protected]. Having experienced many discrepancies & sufferings a lot, I have fore closed my loan on 12.07.2008 at your Salem branch. After Closure, I was asked to collect the documents & I attended your Salem branch during first week of August 2008. But the registration document (Original Sale deed) in my favour was missing & I refused to receive the other documents without the main & important document. After that I approached your people many times from top to bottom. I was told by them that the document was not traceable. I was informed that, since the transactions during 2003 were dealt by Coimbatore office, they are unaware of the official who dealt with my case & where the document was kept. I have sent a letter to your area operations manager at Chennai also. But there was no proper response from anybody. Hence, I have made a complaint through service request No.97657483 during February 2009 as a last resource. One, Ms. Chigurupatati Banu, Customer Service Officer & Ms. Chitralekha , Customer Service manager responded through phone & E-mail & assured that they will process my request. Through E-mail dt. 18.3.2009, & over phone Ms. Chitralekha informed me that I can collect my documents from Salem Branch. Immediately I contacted Salem Branch. But I was informed that the documents available were the same documents as in July 2008. And now also original sale deed in my favour was not available. Hence I again sent the complaint through e-mail to Ms. Chitra Lekha, stating of the facts. But there was no response. As such, after patiently waiting I again made a complaint through SR[protected]. I was contacted by your staff from [protected]. After gathering all the details she had again contacted me after 15 days and informed me that they are in process of tracing the original sale deed made in my favour & it seems that the document had been misplaced. As such in the event of non traceability, they will arrange for recreating the document by observing usual formalities. She asked my concurrence in this regard and she also informed that I will be asked to sign in a form of concurrence and she will call me again in this regard. But after that, there was no response from your end. Whenever I try the above phone number, I am getting the report as “ the number not available”. Hence, I have again preferred this service request & sending the details as per your request.
Sir, 18 months had passed since I had closed my loan. Still, I am struggling from pillar to post to receive my documents. Since I am also an executive in a public sector enterprise, I find no time to approach you again & again. I have patiently waited till this time for an amicable solution. I am having material proof for having suffered by your people & your system during the operation of loan. I request you to return my documents including original sale deed & I need a proper written response from you at the earliest. I believe that my case will be dealt with immediate care & settled smoothly. In the event of failure, I find no other way except preferring a case before appropriate legal forum at your cost including for the sufferings I had experienced during the operation of loan.
