[Resolved] ICICI Imobile Iphone — iMobile system doesn't work

ICICI has provided an application called iMobile form iPhone which can be downloaded from iTune.
To activate this application for Mobile Banking all user needs to send a SMS "imobile iphone" to 5676766(this is mentioned in website) or to[protected]this is mentioned in application).

By this way they are creating confusion on where the SMS should be sent.
The problem lies in whichever number you send this activation SMS to you will get same response "We are unable to process your request at this time please try later."

Me including many other user have tried the same at many point of time in a day thinking sometime server might be busy, but received same response all the time.

These messages are chargeable at 3/SMS and not a free one.
Nowhere ICICI has punt any information that the system is screwed up from their end and they will not be able to provide service.

Please escalate it with correct authority to take a measure on what should be done.

I am also facing the same issue for 4 months still icici is not resolving the issue. The pathetic thing is still icici sends advertisement to enable imobile in my iphone without proper system.

Loosing only money so far
ICICI is not proactive in fixing this problem. It is going on from long time and there is no response from ICICI Bank.. I called up many times to the bank, and every time i got a response try after some time again.. This facility is not working at all.. I have sent more than 75 SMS, and every time I got a message "We are unable to process your request at this time, please try later."
ICICI bank is known for day light robbery for everyone. Obviously they are earning money from this SMS service...So cheap!!
Same here sent nags multiple times with similar response. Corporates take india for granted. Pathetic..
I am facing the same issue since last 3-4 months - I have sent almost 20 odd messages to 5676766. And ther funny thing is that I know of others who are able to use the app. My iPhone is not a jailbroken one and the people I know who are successfully using the app have a jailbroken phone - wondering if that would make any difference.
Whatever said and done, ICICI bank has repeated their lack of commitmment towards customer satisfaction.
Hi guys... I too had the problem and now its resolved(4 th complaint is mine).

1. i used imobile in another mobile number earlier,
2. Changed my mobile number and updated the number in mobile banking.
3. Even though updated my new mobile number in mobile banking, the imobile server is keeping the old number in its database.
4. Whenever i send the SMS for the activation key from the new mobile, i got the "We are unable to process your request at this time, please try later."

I think all of you are trying to get actviation from your second updated mobile number..

The Resolution:

Call the customer care and tell them you want to talk with imobile officer.They will connect you to imobile officer. Tell the imobile officer about the issue and ask them to check whether your new mobile number is available in their database. If not tell your new number and ask them to update in their database. After that send the sms from your new mobile number and you will get the activation code..

Hope this will help and end your long frustration.

Hi! i am trying to use the imobile application on my nokia 701 but after installation the touch is not working properly on the application. i am unable to login, whenever i touch to enter the login pin or any other place it directly goes to exit confirmation screen.

I had upgraded my iMobile application and after that all the savings and fixed deposit accounts got dissapeared from the iMobile application.

I am using HTC One V mobile which is a brand new device.

I had contacted the ICICI customer care with no luck.

They informed me to uninstall and reinstall the application for which I performed it for more than 15 times with no luck.

Please let me know how to fix the issue as it request me to click on option and home screen of iMobile application and select refresh.

On HTC One V there is no Options icon.. Please let me know how to activate iMobile application again..
Like Kanchan, even i am unable to get any sort of revert from ICICI Bank when message is send to either/or numbers ... Is there a redeem to this problem, Or is ICICI Bank not equipped to develop a working app for iOS. Kindly fix this soon before you start getting irritated customers calling you.

If you use '56767661' instead of '5676766' as the number for the SMS then it works; I lost Rs. 9 /- for 3 SMSs to 5676766 before I saw this other SMS number somewhere on the net.
iMobile is the worst app on my iPhone..it constantly shows

who is response to this.i case to this application.why he cheat to all customer.
I am getting a strange screen alert when i opened iMobile in my iPhone 6. "It looks like the device is jailbroken. Application is not allowed to run on a Jailbroken device". This is happening on my phone suddenly. I have uninstalled the application and reinstalled, still it has not resolved. Mine is not a jailbroken, and a genuine phone.

Can you help to resolve this?
netbanking is successfully logging in but with with same user id and password imobile is telling invalid attempt

I Have an problem with my imobile app, it showing an alert " Alert sorry. Your session has expired. Please login again.(#0046). kindly help me to resolve this issue.
The app won't activate at all. It tries opening the message page but ends up in a blank page. It is stuck at either resume or activation page
Been trying it for over an year now, even upgraded to latest versions. The app just won't activate. It gets stuck at Step 1 of 2 with the "Authenticating.." going in loops.
I Have got the same problem with my imobile app, I have uninstall ans install the app several times hopping that on next install issue will be solve, I am tryng to connect since 5 to 6 months but issue is not solved.
