[Resolved] ICICI Lombard Health Insurance — transaction by credit card | |
My salary account no. is[protected] it shows -10370.37 Rs due to non payment of credit card though I did not make any transaction ICICI Lombard Co had itself made transaction. the company make start policy by phone only. and i don't agree than after they start two policy e of two was cancel and one is still running. with out signature on any legal document how thay cany star my policy. i can't get any document after the start of policy on my mailing address. and after a year ICICI Bank block my saving account and i have now --10370.37Rs. so kindly guide me in this matter. thanking you from rakesh patel [protected] Was this information helpful? | |

I am from Gujarat I have same problem as you have ICICI bank has been freezed my salary account and deducted 11000Rs from my account I am going to claim against this fraud bank .What is you going to do ?my phone no is [protected] call me please

With out my knowledge and confirmation ICICI bank paying amount to ICICI lumbard on behalf of me and putting in to EMI.If I call ICICI lombard not reponding properly and showting on me.For cancellation and all unessarly asking 75% of the total amount.

ICICI /CREDIT CARD INSURANCE — ICICI CREDIT CARD INSURANCE
Dear sir,I have received a ICICI credit card in "May 2008". Card number is "[protected]" which includes insurance coverage.But at the time of receiving the card I have not received any relevant document about the insurance details and also I have not signed anything in the insurance form. I have received the statement for the first month which mentioned the EMI amount for the insurance.I called the customer care and said that I am not using your credit card kindly cancel and block the card.They said 'ok".For the next two months I have not received any statement from them.But recently I am getting the statement.Again I called the customare care about the statement and cancel the card they said OK. But keep on I am getting the statement. I called the customer care and asked about the details.Now only they said whether you are using the card or not you have to go to the ICICI LOMBARD office to reversal the insurance. In a critical situation I have taken a leave from my company I went to ICICI LOMBARD office and I asked to reversal the insurance, I have not signed any insurance form for the acceptance of insurance but they said this is only based on voice approval, When the ICICI executive explaining about the card that time if you said OK, it will be treated as APPROVED by you. Again I asked them to reversal the insurance amount but they said it is not possible now it is more than 5 months, you can only cancel the card but you should pay all the payment. I said I made the customer complaint through phone thrice that time they didn't say where should I go and reversal the insurance.Now only they said the details. More over they asked what is the proof you are having for made the complaint. I said made the complaint through phone only and I asked them what is the complaint reference number you are giving while making the complaint.They never give any complaint reference number. Finally they said you should pay the amount. Insurance amount is Rs.8300 but as of now my withstanding amount is 9886 includes late fee and interest charges and the balance amount I suppose to pay Rs.3500.
But in the current situation I am not in a position to pay any amount. Kindly help me to quit from this mental tension.
