[Resolved]  ICICI Lombard Health Insurance — mis selling policy from credit cards to lombard

I am Narendra Motiram Panchal wants you to inform you that icici lombard health insurance company offered me by online a heath insurance policy on 3rd june 2009 on behalf of my icici credit card no-[protected] on installment basis,health insurance policy no.4034i/CHT/04748336/00/000 ,but after some time credit card company send me sms that we cant give you a installment facility on your credit card so please meet your merchant. then i was contact on phone to malad branch and told them that if i didint got installemtnt facility then i dont want this policy i cant afford, from lombard told on phone ,ok we will disscuss with them. but when from credit card compny send me a statement and shown that they had already paid to lombard directly rs.10435/-to lombard.without my permission.then i went to lomards Mahalaxmi branchon 30 th june2009 and given a return complaint and i got request no.10709288.i send mail. i went to andheri branch ofice, malad w branch office, then andhery telly gally office, thanan teen hat naka branch ofiice.i told them that find out my VRS with your company.but all they were ignored.they told me now that send a mail so now i had sended this mail so please help me out.its not my fault nor I was a defulter to credit card you can cheque records.now from credit card company had harrested on phone and told first do a payment otherwise do a settelment. why sir if i am not in fault then why i do so.please think on my mail and please do needful.
