[Resolved] ICICI Lombard Health Insurance — Unable to Renew the Policy | |||
I am an loyal existing customer of ICICI Lombard having Advance HealthPlan for my parents and my policy number is 4063i/HAP/W-361788/04/000. I have renewed the policy for 4 times and the policy got expired on Oct 6th 2013, from the day of expiry i am trying to renew but the customer care people are telling that my renewal document has not generated and need to wait until it is generated. I am ready to renew but these Icici Lombard is not allowing me to renew. I think this is one of the technique from Icici Bank to cheat the customer. I request everyone not to choose ICICI Lombard as your Health Insurance. I am worrying that if my parents fell ill with in the time of renewal because of ICICI mistake i need to face the problem and i cant utilise the policy even i am having the policy from 5 years. did you tried through online renewal instead of seeking customer care help also another one more option is please visit nearest ICICI branch for renewal of your insurance. There is no issue also no gain for ICICI if you renewed your policy. Please do the above and i am sure you can.
