I bought bike insurance from icici lombard worth 1431rs on 11th march. but in policy document bike CC is wrongly mentioned as 125 cc instead of 150 cc. I am following them through calls & mails since last 10 days but they are not giving any satisfactory reply and my problem is not solved yet.

Worst experience in Customer Support

Hi,

I checked all the policies online and ICICI Lombard emerged to be the best for travel insurance out of it. After 4 months with policy and no claims of any sort I tried to renew my policy like this:
1. I went online to your chat department to renew my policy for just 2 days, no help, less knowledge - (15mins wasted)

Harassment Of The Customer

I paid the premium Rs 5076/- on 13-Nov'12.
It was told by company representative that after payment of premium, with in 48 hrs inspection of car will be completed & Policy will be updated online with in 2~3 hours after inspection.

After recieving premium, nobody bothers about inspection...

Free EMI conversion not done

During making my transaction online for my premium payment of my ICICI Lombard Health insurance directly from the merchant's website, there was an option to convert into free EMI without any processing fee and service charges and no interest to be levied for ICICI bank credit card holders provided if converted in 3 and 6 month EMIs but interest will be levied if converted for 9 and 12 months EMI!!
