Main POLICY NOTE NOT YET RECEIVED INSPITE OF SO MANY TELEPHONIC COMPLAINTS
The Payment has been Made For Insurance for the Period 24 Jan 2008-23 Jan 2009 vide ICICI Bank ac no[protected] ch no. 154701 amount of 15860.00 in favour of ICICI Lombard.
!!!ONLY THREE DAYS (ALL HOLIDAYS) LEFT FOR COVER NOTE TO EXPIRE>>>

1. Cover Note has following Errors:
-Incorrect name of INSURED : CORRECT NAME: SQN LDR PRAVEEN CHANDRA PANT (as against SQN PRAVEEN CHANDER PANT)
-Incorrect Make/ Model/ Seating : CORRECT CHEVROLET TAVERA BS-3 B3 10 STR (as against CHEVROLET TAVERA B3 (M) 7STR E-3)
-Incorrect Licensed carrying capacity (LCC) : CORRECT 10 (as against 07 In cover note).
-Incorrect Cubic Capacity : CORRECT 2500 (as against 2499 In cover note).
-Additional Risks does not indicate No o[censored]n-named persons covered.

2. Corrected policy i.e. Main Policy Contract not received till date. Only 06 days left for EXPIRY of cover note. Agent absolutely not concerned. Now not even responding to calls. Full payment already made and debited. Online Complaint section of ICICI lombard website doesn't have a 'send'/'submit' link. Let alone the days gone by where-in any unfortunate eventuality would have led to a unnecessary complication in claims procedure and relationship due errors in the cover note, NOW EVEN the future seems insecure due non-availability of Main Policy Contract.

3. Indeed, now patience is giving way to Tension, insecurity and Frustration. Another 3 days and my vehicle will be without insurance cover inspite of having a fully paid up premium.

4. Request PROMPT REMEDIAL INTERVENTION. Perhaps some action on the staff is also warranted for the benefit of customers and the company and prevent recurrence.
