ICICI Prudential Annual Savings Plan — MISBEHAVIOR AND INDECENT REMARKS AND COMMENTS

I recently came across a shocking incident, where a phone call came claiming to be from ICICI Prudential Investment Plan, the executive's name is Vijay, he pitched me for a monthly investment plan and he did give me details, and I did have the intention to invest a certain amount and I was seeking more information about the plan, for which the executive made a lewd comment which I did not tolerate because he was conversing in Kannada thinking that I donot know Kannada, I did politely tell not to make such lewd comments about the customer while he is still on the line for which he started using vulgar language against me, while I tried to reason with him that he is the one who is given me a call and he has to answer to all the queries of the customer without which nobody will invest their hard earned money on anybody call, he is not favoring the customer, for which he gave me a shocking remark which I really cannot tolerate these words were uttered by the executive to me "MOTHER******" he claims he is representing ICICI bank and he is an employee and not any DSA, looking at this incident it is suffice to say that whatever HIGH REGARD I HAD FOR ICICI BANK IS GONE FOREVER, IF ACTION IS NOT TAKEN AGAINST SUCH PERSONNEL THE FUTURE REST ASSURED IS REALLY BLEAK FOR ICICI BANK. IF INCIDENTS SUCH AS THESE GO TO THE PRESS AND HIGHLIGHTED WILL PROVE FATAL TO ALL THE STAKEHOLDERS, CUSTOMERS ETC. THE PHONE NUMBER FROM WHICH I GOT A CALL WAS ([protected]).
