[Resolved]  ICICI Prudential Health Saver — MISREPRESENTATION OF FACTS,SIGNATURE FORGERY & FRAUD

This is with respect to policy number 10951712 Health Saver,of ICICI Prudential issued from Connaught place,Harsha Bhawan New Delhi on February 16 2009.This policy was issued to me by Rajesh Kumar who was at that time Sr Financial Service Manager.He told me that time that this policy is worth Rs 5000 per annum,It pays for all your medical expenses including kidney stones,doctors fees etc.Now few days back in august I received an intimation through the company through mail that I have to pay a premium of Rs 5000 more ,meaning to say the above policy was worth Rs 10000 per annum?????This is misrepresentation of facts.
Now I called up the executive Rajesh Kumar on his cell [protected] where he told me that he has now left the company.When asked about the premium details he told me that he had cheated me ,misrepresented the facts and admitted that he had sighned on the Electronic Benefit Illustration(EBI) by himself,also admitted that he had given me false information and to do this his imeediate manager Vinay Kumar had told them because of business pressure.Then I warned him that if he does not give me a resolution than I will file a case against him,thereby he gave me the email id Of Executive Vice President -Anita Pai of ICICI prudential and Company MD V Vaidyanathan.
I mailed to both of them several times then on this they appointed two officials one was Hetal Satra and other was Manish Chaturvedi.Both these officials were never ready to accept my case as case of Misrepresntation,Fraud and Signature Forgery as it was very clear from the Xeros Copy of my documents and I told them that I had never ever got the EBI Sheet from your employee which even now the ex-employee has admitted himself.

The Sales Manager Vinay Kumar called me delhi office where my policy was issued, from number[protected] and he told me crap that the ex-employee Rajesh Kumar is my relative,then I shouted at him.Then he requested me to take back the policy complaint as now Rajesh Kumar has left and he was his reporting manager at that time so now his job is at stake.I just kept the Phone and called their Mumbai Department that your sales manager is begging me on the phone but to my dismay they never listened to me and no one is now replying even to my mails.

No one is replying now.I have requested them many times through mail that please cancell this fraud policy but they are not listening.
