[Resolved]  ICICI Prudential Health Saver — Not covered added members in policy for current year

Dear Ma'am/Sir,

I " Anil Singh Bhadauria" purchased an ICICI Prudential Health saver policy in year 2010.( Policy number is[protected]

I was told if I want to add or delete some members from the policy, I can do that by giving application to them with required documents before policy renewal date.

I wanted to add my wife and child in the policy from year 2013.

Renewal date of my policy is 2 Feb. so I submitted the required document 28 December 2012 along with cheque of Rs 18000.( because I was told to submit document around one month before).

Around one month later when I enquired the status on customer care. I was told that I have not submitted the documents. though I submitted all the document at ICICI Prudential Pitampura Branch( I have receiving of same also). then I discuss the same with branch they told that there was some problem from their side and thats why document did not reach their..

I submitted the document again. I was given assurance this time any such delay would not happen and extra members will get added in some time.

Still after following them up many a time. family member got added but they are not covered for the current year. It was mistake from the company side . they did not process the document on time.

Please help me adding my family member for the current year. and also do some such thing so that company members can not do this kind of things with some one else.

icici/health saver — documents not received

dear sir /madem
i have taken icicipru healthsever policy no.12134594 on 30th june 2009 since than iam constantly calling cutomer care but i have not recieved my policy documents please do this needful .

ICICI Prudential — HEalth Plan

I have taken the ICICI Prudentail Health plan for my family in 29th March 2010. The Policy was issue in mid of May and till date i haven't received the policy document.

When i did Freelook cancellation of the policy, They told me money will be deposited in my account on 7th Business Day.
I have done my freelook cancellation on 19th June 2010. 7th Business day on which money was supposed to be deposited in my account on 29th June 2010. But till date(2nd July 2010), money has not been deposited. I called the cusotmer care today on 2nd July 2010. They toldme it will take 2 more days.
I have been calling them everyday from tuesday onward, They were telling me that by end of todaymoney will be deposited in ur account. But today (2nd July 2010), they told me it has been depostiedtoday and it will take 2 working day.

ICICI Namei s big , But the Service they areproviding is very small.
I have done cancellation, b/c the advisor and branch manager both didn't reponse, after i tried to conact them. I went toICICI Pru branch near J B Nagar. Tehy send an email to branch manager and told them to contact me. But he didn't.
Very Bad Experience. I have so many other Insurance policy with other company. But i didn't had bad exp. like this. I will never take any Policy from ICICI.
