Dear Sir/Madam, i am an advisor of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. Limited with your Karnal Branch since 23-September-2003 having advisor code no .00038206 with your company. I am not receiving commission of my work done from the month of December-2010. I contacted to Branch for the same and they are asking for more business. I have completed seven years business with you and accoriding to IRDA guidelines company can't stop/hold my commission as i have successfully run completed my agency since last seven years. Icici Prudential Life Insurance — Provident Fund Not Received
I worked as an Associate Health Assurance Manager for one year in ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co Ltd.I haven't received my PF amount yet.I left the organisation on 26 may 2009. I am still waiting for a response from them.
My PF account no is 562030.

Pf No. 586221, emp-id-586221, unit manager, agency East, Kharag pur Branch, separation date-28/01/2010. yet not received Provident Fund and other dues. when i went to the Branch Manager of Kharag pur Branch for help, he did not help me.please help me.
