Sir, Reg:---No intimation about cheque encashed 2 moths ago. Ref:---My POLICY NO:-- 09023968 & 09233445 With ref. to above 2 policies I have submitted one cheque numbered 0230873 dt.10.02.2010 drawn on HDFC BANK,BURDWAN to companys 85A.PRINCE ANWAR SHAH ROAD, CAL--33 through one MR.PARTHA MUKHERJEE self called executive. The cheque has been encashed by the co. on 16.02.2010,according to the bank.The cheque amount was RS. FORTY THOUSAND ONLY . Asper telephonic discussions with two self called highly placed officials MR.ABHIJIT BANNERJEE & MR. RAJ DEEP SEN the cheque amount which was one years premiumof the above two policies was to be used as top up premiums .As the due date of yearly premiums of the above two policies are coming nearer and getting no response from the co.though two months have passed I am suspecting some foul play as the officials of the co.are always giving some vague and evasive answers as I have only connections over phone only. Sir,I've worked with ICICI prudential Life insurance Company in 2007 as a B.O.(A&H).
I resigned from my post in Nov. 2007 and now I want to clarify my fund of provident.

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. — Non response to communication
I had submitted letter to their office in Gandhinagar on 24 March 2009 requesting for premium payment holiday for my life insurance policy (No:[protected] premiums since these had been paid regularly for the last 36 months. The accepted copy of the submitted letter is in my records. The co. has not responded to this letter so far and is still sending letters demanding the premiums. I need my deposited amount towards premiums asap.
