I have got ICICI Travel card which i was using since 2008 .I had balance of 560 USD in my Travel card and ICICI has flagged the money from my card and without my knowledge has refunded the money to their agent and now ICICI is washing their hand by telling that the Zuari forex who was the dealer who has
issued me the card on their behalf has withdraw the money and you should contact to them but zuari forex is now taking me into cool ride and denying the refund as they are telling me that their agent has run away with the money and they are investigating the matter.
How am i concern with this ? if their person has run away. THERE IS NO OFFICIAL COMPLAINT against their employee.
Can you please guide me for this . where to file written complaint .
I have got few more people who is suffering with the same complaint . I am sure this is very big fraud than we have imagine. Was this information helpful? |
