Respected Sir,
This is to get to your kind notice, I Sugnaraj Joseph holding an Account with your Bank (account no[protected] holding since 2 years.
I have been disputing the traction below mention, I have no clue of what Is happening you guys have taken my complete salary for not fault of mine.
I was told by your collection Rep Ms. Swetha that the amount will be credit within 3 working day I spoke to her on 1st Oct 2009 no response till date.
Please understand I am a sugar patient have no money with me anything happen to me you will stand responsible.
I have mailed to the customer care I have a reply from Rama K A ( below e mail). It is 7th October what he said nothing from your end.
Please let me know what should be done .
In case I do not get response, I am forced to seek for an alternative option ( Media and consumer forum) as well.
Hence I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
