ICICIcredit Card — change of address confirmation not replied.

concerned authority,
sir i'm carrying credit card no.[protected] under the name of MADHU V MENON valid through 8/2010 and that i' ve allready mailed for the change of address notification which has been changed to DURVA restaurant, above HDFC bank ,Bharuka Bldg.,opp Yashwant Stadium,Dhantoli NAGPUR-12. My contact no. is [protected]. But I was yet not informed or rather not known that same has been recorded or not. so plz kindly note the same so that i will be able to pay my bills and able to use my card.
Plz do the needful.
