[Resolved]  ICICIcredit Card — credit card payments

I REQUESTED TO STOP MAKING DIRECT PAYMENTS TO THE VODAPHONE A/C AND CESC BILLS FROM MY CREDIT CARDS ON 4TH MARCH AND THEY TOLD IT WILL BE STOPPED AND 6TH ASMS CAME THE VODAPHONE BILL IS PAID AGAIN BY THE CREDIT CARD . AON 7 TH I AGAIN DID THE FOLLOWUP . ON 11TH MAR 2008 A SMS CAME THAT MY CESC BILL WILL BE PAID ON 15TH MARCH AND CALL AT ICICI TO STOP THE PAYMENTS IF YIU HAVE ALREADY PAID . AS PER SMS ICALLED AGAIN AND IT WAS TOLD WE CANT DO ANY THING AND THOUGH THERE IS AN SMS SENT TO ME THEY CANT STOP THE PAYMENTS . EVEN IFI CALLE DTHAT I MAY GO TO THE BANKING OMBUDSMENT SECTION, THEY SAID I CAN GO THERE STILL NOTHING CAN BE DONE . MY QUARRY IS THAT I AM CALLING REPEATEDLY TO STOP MAKING PAYMENTS FRON MY CREDIT CARD STILL IS THERE ANY WAY PAYMENTS CAN BE REVERSED AS THEY HAVE SENT ME A SMS TO CALL AT THE BANK TO STOP THE PAYMENTS AND THEY ARE IGNORING THEIR OWN SENT SMS
