[Resolved] ICICIcredit Card — Cancellation of Credit card | |
Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Rangaja S.V.I have a salary account in ICICI bank. Based on that they issued a Credit card without my concern.In the credit card the name is printed as RANGARAJAN S.V.After that they issued Lombard Health card based on credit card, they charged the amount in the credit card all without my concern.I complain to customer care about the mistake in the name and do the needful but there is no response from that side.I haven't used the card not a single time. Then, i cut the card with covering letter for cancelling the card and drop in the drop in box. Now i received the statement for payment of the credit card therough courier & also a call from the customer care that i have to pay the payment otherwise my name will come under defaulter payment list & i can't apply for any other credit card in India. i have icici credit card and used some time and one day i have cleared all outstanding amount and after few month i have received notice that out standing amount is rs. 20/- i kept quite for few month and i received bill of rs.4277 this all amount they charged as fine, late payment fees, tax, intrest etc
pls give me solution icici bank sending note to me that they will inform all banker to not to give any loan to me.

I was having a ICICI HPCL Gold Credit Card and i used it for couple of months after that i requested them to cancel the card and i setteled the account in cash in the month of Feb 09 and they gave me the settelement letter along with cash receipt. But still they are sending me the Month Credit card bills and harrasing me by calling and messaging me after giving the details of settelment letter number and cash receipt number. Please let me know where to contact futher to resolve the matter..
