i havnt got my bill yet. it is more than a month now. regarding this u should take active actionon urgent basis.

This is venkat i got sms from icici my why bill no:[protected], i got this sms on 23/05/2008, courier boy came to office one time but they did not given card to my front office executive, that time iam not availiable, they did not given any massage to me, they did not coantact no also, but i serached contact no in website that conatc no also is not working, and another no no one left that coantc no. please let me know ASAP. what to do right now.

I am having icici credit card for the past 2 to 3 years. as per your monthly statement, my due date is 2nd or 3rd. Now the problem is I am getting my salary before 5th or 6th of every month. For me it will be a problem for payment of the amount before due date. because of the same reason, i am paying some interest also.
So if there is any possibility please change the due date to 6th of every month which will be more convenient to me.

I taken icici TITANIUM credit card in the month of dec.2007 I have not received the credit card statement for the period of
Jan -2007 statement date Jun 2008, kidly send it along with statement date

i would like to inform you that since 6 months i am getting statement of account to said credit card numer. every month i am getting payment notice message to my mobile no.[protected]. stating that the balance and minimum payment amount.

as per the message i am paying the amount but there is no details of purchasses and payment detail.

next month if i have not received any statement i am not going to pay single amount againt my credit card amount.

please treat this message serious and take necessary action in this regard

as per the message i am many time talk with your customer support person and i always talk him that i have never swap my card to any wire and i am not doing any Transaction since i have it and any purhcase from my cr card so there is no question of payment to you, till date i am think that it should be done by mistake but you are debitd Rs 6027/- to My SB A/c[protected] Without my concern .so i have write a letter to you pl Credit the Same Amount to my Same account Immeditely otherwise i am unwantedly go to consumer foriem.

Credit Card — credit card bills

Dear Sir,
So many calls from HSBC executives disturbing me and asking me that pay 6805/- to HSBC bank, other wise your name we will send to defaulters list. The credit card number no. they are giving is [protected].

Some time the executives are asking me to pay 2500/- we will close the matter.

The HSBC credit card form I had filled in 2006 in Pune, but after some that due to my transfer I have shifted to Mumbai.

There is no question o[censored]sing HSBC credit card by me.

Please check the use of credit card and send me also a statement o[censored]se of credit card.

Please resolve the matter as soon as possible, otherwise I may go to consumer court.
