ICICIcredit Card — Credit Card Reactivation

I'm using ICICI Bank Credit Card number 5239XXXXXXXX1005 from Chennai location, I've met with an accident and hopitalised for 2 months, this is the reason, I'm unable to made payment by time. But now, I've paid my outstanding payment Rs 39,000 on July 9th, 2013. Your customer service representative mentioned that I can give a request to reactivation of my Credit Card, once if I paid the payment. I'd like to reactivate my Credit Card. Please let me further.
